Uneven refrigerator temperatures

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We continue to have food around the "even temp" area freeze in the back of the refrigerator even after turning the temperature up to 42 degrees. The crisper drawers at the back as well as anything near to it freeze, even after removing the plastic fins on the back of the shelves in an effort to increase airflow, to no avail. Should have purchased LG, but the fridge is too close to the wall and only this brand would allow us to open the doors all the way.

I would recommend this to a friend Build problems but deeper shelves are nice.

When the doors are closed, the right door sticks out much farther than the left. Also, the lower freezer shelf makes a bang sound when opening even with no weight. I got this counter depth model because it had deeper shelves than some other brands that have thick doors bins. I just wish it was built as well as it looked on display at a different store.
