So after much research on this Frigidaire model (Model:FRSS2323AS SKU:6506202) I had my reservations about this model due to some of the lower ratings. However the wife insisted on this one (Happy wife happy life). This review is based on only having it for 2 days. I'll update as needed if needed in 6 months. Here are the issues I had w it from day of delivery that match the comments from the lower stars. 1) The doors not being level on delivery. Not sure why they would not level the doors at the factory but odds are if you buy this the doors will need to be leveled off. Frigidaire knows it's an issue due to the fact they include seperate paperwork just for that issue. Is it fixable? Yes. Should it be done at the factory? YES. Also the intructions have the wrong size wrench to use to level the door. It's an 11mm not a 12mm. Also they only tell you to level it via the nut at the bottom of the doors. I did that but then the door scraped the top plastic cover bracket when opening the door. Had to remove the plastic cover and loosen the bolts on the top of the door to shift it to make it level so it wouldn't scrape. Again the consumer should not have to do this, it should be done at the factory. 2) Space. Regardless of the cubic ft space (It has more then our old refidgerator) unless you have a small and I mean small family you will not have enough space for you food or freezer items. Part of the issue I believe, which you will see in other low star comments, are the lack of options for the interior spacing of the shelves. Better hope you don't have leftovers because they won't fit. Also the doors on the refridgerator door shoul have 1 more shelf included to give it a bit more storage. I'll have to look to see if I can buy one but it really should be included from factory. 3) No Deli Drawer. I'm guessing they don't have one due to the fact it would tie up too much of the little space it already lacks. Also no egg shelf which I'm not sure how many refrigerators have them but our old one did and it was convient. I've had no issues w the water leaking as some others have had so that's good. Just make sure your water supply line into the fridge IS NOT from a self piercing type shutoff valve. Not sure why but they made sure to capitalize IS NOT from. As far as the comments saying it's loud I'm not noticing that at all. I will say the ice maker dropping ice is obnoxiously loud but that may go away once it's filled.

This has been the perfect refrigerator for my family. Great space for everything. I like that the alarm sounds if you leave the door open too long. Pretty wide shelves in the freezer. There is no deli drawer if that’s a deal breaker. I’m happy with this purchase.

Love my new fridge … a bit smaller than I am use to BUT I didn’t have space for larger fridge. Fridge stays cool even had to lower temp a bit great freezer room and ice & water dispenser works great. Love the crushed ice & cubed ice not small like other fridges I’ve had

Frigidaire so awesome just remember if you are not using the ice machine shut this option off there is a button after removing the cover you can see it, I believe I saw comments on that and it will make a very terrible noise if you have it on and are leaving it run dry that is bad for the refrigerator. I researched all refrigerators and this one ended up being my dream.

Fridge had multiple manufacturing defects and one major desigm flaw. It was delivred with a 3ft indentation on the back. Requested another one, and it had the same defect so i kept it eith a discount. After 2 years i found out the fridge was slowly leaking onto the floor. After i dassembled the freezer drain I found foam clogging the pipe. The freezer fan was noisy from getting blocked with ice. As it turns out the ice maker filler tube has an open top, so water was leaking out into the fan. To top it off the ice maker is now broken. I will never buy a frigidaire again. Their factories make disposable garbage. Customer service is all in the phillapines for best but and frigidaire. Good luck getting any help with anything.

What I liked: the ice & water dispenser controls are separate, so I don't have to worry about putting the wrong thing in my cup. 2) the freezer is wider than many side by sides. 3) the ice maker fills the ice bucket (my old one would fill the bucket, then drop some extra cubes down the back) What we don't like: 1)The light in the fridge is at the top, in the back making the bottom shelves very dark. 2) The dispenser light in the door is not automatic and the button is flush with the rest of the panel, so when you need a light to get your water or ice, you have to turn on the light in the kitchen to be able to find the button to turn on the light for the dispenser...making it pointless 3) The bottom "crisper" drawer is very, very small.

I was pleasantly surprised with this refrigerator. The finish looks really nice and the shelves are well constructed and sturdy icemaker and water works fine and the refrigerator is fairly quiet when it’s running so far, very happy with this purchase.

Frigidaire is the best brand to buy for appliances. We love our new side by side refrigerator.

Best Buy, which provided a terrible delivery, says after 24 hours of use, its nit their problem that water dispenser sprays my entite kitchen. Says contact manufacturer. Manufacturer says contact Best Buy.

Received damaged from manufacturer. Large dent in both sides and the ice maker bin was cracked in two places. The store made necessary compensation so Im happy with that but come on Frigidaire!! Check for this before you package and ship.

The refrigerator does not work. The plug to plug in the outlet was broken and attempted to order a replacement plug but I have been sent the wrong part twice

I love everything about this fridge! It keeps everything super cold and fresh. It has the perfect amount of storage space inside. Its perfect for organizing and super easy to clean. If you leave the door open for a while it will also get cold again very quicky!
