    Honestly thought I was getting a better product considering Frigidaire is a reputable brand. A year in and I've already had to submit a service request b/c water filter compartment was leaking as well as 2 additional service request b/c items stored on the bottom shelf in the fridge compartment continually freeze. If you breath on the temp. controls on the door panels they change their so sensitive. Should have ponied up a little more and got a GE, Samsung or Whirpool

    First of all, it was convenient to go to that Store to shop. No hassle & the sales person had a lot of information about my purchase. I went back gotta stove and a television.

    Let’s just say the customer service from the manufacturer is terrible. I have had to have the same motor replaced twice within the same year and the unit is not even a year old. The manufacturer stated that as long as the unit is repairable they will not replace it. Any item/appliance is repairable so essentially they will not replace it. It is funny because the warranty runs out after a year so they are basically telling you that you are on your own. My BB total tech coverage, they are always very polite and responsive, told me that the unit has to be fixed two times before it can be replaced. So now I am stuck with a very expensive refrigerator that can go out at any time. If you are looking for a new/upgraded refrigerator I would advise that you stay away.

    Best Buy is Severely lacking.

    The delivery guys were grest, but best buy didn't disclose that I had to have a certain waterline installed in my wall in order for them to properly install my fridge. Now I'm stuck with a hose that I was FORCED to buy that didn't get installed because best buy failed to disclose any details. $60 down the drain. Best buy needs to do better.

    DELIVERED 9/25 so we are just getting used to it. Quite different than the old box type so there is a learning curve for how to store the products.

    Everything went fine feom the purchase to delivery. The only issue was the refrigerator was not level and I'm not able to bend down to level it.

    Love it. With small kitchen the drawer freezer would not open far enough to retrieve. Sid by side is perfect.
