The fridge is very nice and working well. Our concern with other fridges was ice production but this one has a stocked tray at all times. We are very pleased with the function of the fridge. Only negative is not all shelves can be moved like older style models.

Delivery team was fantastic! Installed the new fridge quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough good things about these two guys. Love the new refrigerator. Runs quietly and absolutely love the small size of the ice cubes!

The two delivery drivers where fantastic. I. Was so stressed out thinking the frig was not going to fit thru my doors and Xavier told me not to worry and calm me down. And Jackson, two wonder men. Thank you for sending them to me.

The perfect replacement and fit for a twenty-year-old refrigerator. It's like we have had it for a year already. We keep forgetting it is new, it fit in so well.
Hi there, valued customer! We're sad to hear that your ice maker didn't perform as expected. Ice Maker not dispensing enough ice might be because of low usage or a frozen auger. Kindly switch the control panel to CRUSHED and remove the ice bucket. Next, press down on the dispenser paddle for 2-minute intervals (releasing the paddle and then pressing it again) for a total of 3 times (6 minutes total). This will melt and evaporate any ice around the auger motor shaft. After that, switch the Control Panel to CUBE and insert the ice bucket, close the door, and attempt to dispense ice again. If the issue still persists, please contact us at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, we'll be happy to assist. - Jessica

Delivered with problems. Ice maker line bracket bent. Had to adjust with tools and force to connect. Adjustable legs not adjust. Perhaps dropped and jammed.

The 3rd fridge was finally delivered without dents on it..they need a better system to check for damaged items before they deliver them to the customer…not sure if I will purchase another big appliance from Best Buy again..I’m supposed to be getting a gift card after dealing with all the issues…they better make it a good one
