It was a bit difficult in the beginning because the booklet left with the oven and any u tube information didn't really tell us how to use it correctly.

This new one has self-cleaning feature and fan heated. Great buy. Had the previous one for 30 years. Food cooks and tastes better.

I gave 4 stars because of the drawer underneath the oven which is kind of useless except for storing a couple of pans
