Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having paid for installation and removal, I was disappointed when the crew was unable to proceed with installation, given the location of the through-wall gas line. It required additional work by a separately hired plumber to modify the line and install the oven subsequently. Once installed, the oven performed correctly. And the crew DID remove the old oven. but I would say I am due a credit for "installation".

Delivery was late and even though I paid for the old oven & packaging to be removed, we found the packaging and the personal trash of the drivers dumped in our garden. That part was very disappointing!

Stopped working in July, installed a Frigidaire igniter 8/19. Oven stopped in May 2020. Waited til 9/20 for repair due to covid. Needed valve, Received & installed end of 10/20, stopped after 1 week, installed another igniter 11/23. Xmas day oven is not working again. This product is a lemon. All work was done by professional repair men. I saw the igniter is a problem with this model. Too bad I didn't know it before I purchased it. I will call Frigidaire 12/28, but I know will not get any satisfaction from them.

Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do Not Buy this oven if you're looking for a functioning broiler. The gas oven has an electric broiler which does not heat above 250 degrees since it's electrical source is a 120 plug. Several conversations and technician visits confirmed that the oven operates as designed. It would be more honest if Frigidaire made the broiler with either a gas broiler or no broiler at all.

We can understand your concerns regarding your broiler. This model does come with preset settings for the broiler to be in a Hi temp or a Low temp for the broiler. To maximized your broiler experience try preheating the appliance for about 10 mins before placing your food in the oven. This is certainly not the norm, and we’d love to see if we have any tips to help improve this performance! After the oven is fully preheated, use the window and oven light when checking food. But make sure to turn the oven light back off as this could affect your baking results. When backing on a single rack, use the middle rack position; centering food with space for air to circulate (check out pages 16 of the Use&Care Guide for tips on baking using both racks). From there, check that nothing blocks or restricts air flow out of the oven vent, which is located just below the control panel. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation and good baking results.
