Besides that, I just don’t like that it doesn’t have a “spout” that rises up from the bottom to rinse the inside of the dishes on the top shelf.

Looked nice in store I opened it but didn't really notice. So it's delivered I set it up that night go to wash dishes and I couldn't get all my dishes from that day in never any trouble with the old one. The inside is bulky with plastic lining taking up essential room. Also, this didn't come with a outside cabinet liner to keep from seeing cracks around edges my last one did. Anyway I had them throw out box which leaves me stuck with it unfortunately.

It’s “new” but the quality of materials is poor

Also seemed a little flimsy, light weight plastic with some deep scratches in the back. I had it removed/ returned it which Best Buy did with no problems.
