I am very frustrated with the machine, and i cant return it due to the short return period, will NOT buy anything from bestbuy again!!

It was flimsy and cheap. The door could be twisted like a piece of tin, it was loud and of course it didn't dry anything! The silverware basket was half the size of a normal dishwasher. Worst purchase I've ever made at Best Buy and trying to return it for something else was a nightmare I'll never go through again!

Pressing buttons takes heavy force such that my wife could not actuate the machine. Utensils basket has only 3 bins so can not fully separate utensils by type or size. All spoons - teaspoons and tablespoons - must go together. Ditto forks, knives, etc. Does not dry well. Shelves for not always roll in without repositioning on tracks.Low priced so expect much operating noise. In all, cheap as cheap does.

I regret purchasing this instead of hand washing for a few months and saving up for a better model. Cons: Often leaves streaks, regardless of detergent used. Never comes close to fully drying anything I wash. Basically fails at being a dishwasher. Pros: The installation service from Best Buy was convenient and the people were friendly.

Poorly made - I do not recommend buying this

The seal was damaged and water leaked all over my laminate flooring. You would think that they would test the product before they sell it. The dishwasher was noisy as well. I returned this dishwasher and paid more money for a better made product.

Can't tell if it is a design flaw or something wrong. Frigidaire is sending someone out Jan. 31. If this is te way it is supposed to work, then I do not want it. It is very poor quality.

Rest assured, we make every effort to manufacture quality products and your concerns have not gone unnoticed. Regarding the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. It will leave a pool of water in the dish washer after the cycle is completed. 3. Makes a alot of noise, more than the 9 year old washer i replaced. 4. Once water flowed thru my apt after i completed a cycle of dishes, and left the door open. The water pooled and spilled over. Worst purchase!

I understand your dishwasher is not draining properly. Please try checking and cleaning your filters or a pinched/blocked drain hose. If the drain line is attached to a disposer, check that the knockout plug has been removed.
I recommend revisiting your dishwasher’s installation instructions. An improper installed may cause your appliance to make loud sounds and not drained properly.

Purchased it and the water stayed at the bottom and molded. Best Buy replaced and the new one does the same thing. Thank God for best buy great customer service. I’m getting a new one.
