It was hooked up and works well as advertised. Quite quiet. The front panel buttons are easier than some with top buttons which are hidden.

The installation team cancelled three times and I wasn’t told details of items needed when purchased. It took three weeks after initial purchase to finally have it installed and there was leakage under sink after installation. I am disappointed over the whole experience. It was unneeded stress.

Randomly shuts off in the middle of a cycle

My water is very hot, so my dishes do get super clean. There was A LOT of water in the dishwasher and on the dishes even after using heat dry. I started using a rinse aid and that has helped. Since I've been working from home due to coronavirus, I run the dishwasher during the day instead of at night after bed (I love the 4 hour delay) and have noticed the dishwasher shuts off sometimes 5 minutes into the cycle, sometimes an hour. In the past 3 weeks, it has shut off about 6 times. There's no electrical issue unless it's in the dishwasher. Very disappointed. I bought all-matching appliances when I bought my home. I expected more from Frigidaire.

If you are noticing water at the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle I would recommend checking the filter and glass trap to see if it is blocked or clogged. Cons- top drawer not so easy to pull out, sticks when pulling out and back in plastic rollers kind of flimsy. Over all- for the price pretty good

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was nice (enough) the first two or three uses (beat hand-washing for a few days), then the soap dispenser stopped dispensing soap and the heated dry stopped heating in less than a week's worth of use (basically 1 load a day). Additionally, the top rack is so sparsely "wired" that it was hard to put my glasses and small cups (kid's cups, measuring cups, condiment cups, etc.) in where they wouldn't fall right through it! I had to place everything oddly which took up a lot of unnecessary space resulting in less dishes getting washed per load. There's no "end" chime, which isn't a huge deal but being used to having one it bothered me not to anymore. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and used it a couple more times hoping the soap dispenser failure and lack of heat thing were flukes but it's only been here 10 days and it's pretty much become a glorified drying rack. I called to return it before the return window ran out.

The installation was horrid, and it moves around each time you closed the door. The silverware basket is tiny. The lower tray will not roll into the washer without having to lift it up. The top tray also fails to roll properly always bouncing the dishes.
