In some cases, a loose hinge may be the only cause of annoying squeaks or noises coming from your door. For poor drying issues, we recommend you use rinse aid. Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Posted .Hi, Pega! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your dishwasher drying. Have you tried using the heat dry or hi-temp wash option along with rinse aid? During the hi-temp wash option water is heated to approximately 140F helping to remove food, grease, and aids in drying. Also, the use of a rinse aid has proven to be effective for optimum drying performance. Please see page 13 in the Use and Care Guide for additional tips that should address you concerns. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was very excited to get this Frididaire dishware for my home (previous dishwasher was out of commission for 6 months) but you definitely get what you pay for with this one. Overall it is a good looking product and functions fairly well. But it is very noisy and I was expecting much quieter based on the "UltraQuiet sound package" as advertised. As others have described, the lower racks do not support dishes well and has a lot of wasted space.

Very loud. It reminds my son of Amtrak trains headed for our front door. Not kidding. Other reviews say it is quiet, not so! The build is quite cheap in comparison to our old Maytag. Everything from the materials, oodles of plastic, and the pathetic silverware rack. Luckily my old rack fits without any problem. We will see how it holds up. This is a testament to those who have lived long enough that the overall quality of products in general keeps decreasing as time goes by. I'm sure that appliance manufacturers want us all doing our capitalist duty of buying new appliances every 5-10 years.

Purchased open-box and was a great value. I purchased a Bosch for my own home and have had it prepared 3 times in the same time period.

Best Buy probably has a customer return it. I used it for a house I am flipping. The drain hose was missing too. Since I was on a time crunch, I just went and got one. Probably will not buy anything from Best Buy based on the price and availability

This never fully dries the dishes, there is constant moisture. I have adjusted the drying agent to max output and it still does not dry completely. The dishes end up smelling like mildew and need to be rewashed and dried by hand. This is the worst dishwasher that I have ever owned, poor use of internal space.
