My complaints are ..... It has a weird plastic odor, leaves water in the dishwasher never fully dries out. Should have gotten the upgraded version. I'm a fan of Frigidaire as all my kitchen appliances are from them. This product has come up short, you get what you pay for and I got the cheapest one. So in the end its my fault.

Called for someone to service it got hung up on twice, then when I finally got to making an appointment the woman from Frigidaire states the company that is scheduled to come out will contact me 2-3 days prior to their arrival but my appointment was for Sept 2nd. No one called 2-3 days prior and no one showed up and I took the day off from work to be there . Iv called Frigidaire 2 more times and both times get hung up on as soon as I give them the model #

During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. One problem after another

After less than a year of use, the door could not be closed properly because of the latch. It was still under warranty but it took a month or two before the part arrived and was replaced. Now, we find that after a washing cycle, the water does not drain completely. The top tray is partially dislodged because the wheel/rail is rusted and loose. Less than two years after purchasing it, we are not confident we should spend the money to fix the machine if some other part is going to break down soon.

• If unit is hooked up to a food waste disposer, make sure the disposer is empty.
• Check to see if the knockout plug has been removed from inside the food waste disposer inlet.
• Check to see if drain hose is kinked.
• Make sure cycle is complete, not in a pause.
