It is smaller than the one I used to have, it's only 2 racks and I find I really miss my third knife rack/small items like coffee lids rack at the top. This is a very basic dishwasher and I don't think uses space as effectively as it could. Not Frigidaire's fault, but delivery truck drivers, dropped it down and dented it; so first day in the new house and sports a big dent for a non-reduced price. Definitely don't plan to order delivery from best buy again.

The door and baskets feel flimsy and the silverware basket is small it will hold at least 2 meals for a family of four. I wish I would have kept my basket from my previous Kenmore dishwasher. The dishes will not dry all the way you will have to hand dry. The dishwasher is pretty basic.

It washes the dishes well, but it doesn't have any bells and whistles. There aren't many presets and there isn't a time countdown on the front of the machine which would be helpful to see as you wait for the cycle to end. All in all, this one probably won't win any awards, but it will get the job done.

Amazing and Excellent Customer Service!!! Gets the job done. One little thing, with our old Frigidaire was white on the inside so it was a little brighter when you would open it up. this one has a darker grey interior. So it's obviously darker on the inside. Other than that, it works excellent! Highly recommend!

The technician came out and took the old to replace with new one. It’s quiet, stylish and looks great in our kitchen. I like how it plays music and opens up on its own when drying. I really like that feature.
