The one good thing is that it's quiet. Cons are that the wash cycle takes forever, the door is so light that it will only stay fully open when set to the lightest spring tension, which coincidentally is too light to keep the door fully closed. I hate how large dinner plates won't stand upright in the rack; they all flop forward. The worst thing about it is that it never gets dry on the inside, even with rinse agent on the highest setting. I have to finish drying the dishes with a towel when I remove them to put them away.

The bottom of the dishwasher was loose. We ended up purchasing the same dishwasher but new, which ended up costing us about $50 more. We haven't had any issues with the dishwasher, it works great.

So far no issues but it’s newly installed fingers crossed. They did mentioned that it doesn’t fully dry the dishes but it cleans good.

Using the removal of the old one for a guideline, I was able to reverse engineer the process. Incredibly quiet.

It is cheap, cheap cheap construction. It gets the job done on washing but the heated drying function does not dry the dishes. The door does not have an option to just prop it open a few inches. It either has to be completely closed or open all the way. So if you need to air dry your dishes, you have to leave the door completely open. Everything seems to be made of thin plastic that won’t last long. It’s pretty good on the noise though. I thought it was going to be louder based on its rating, but it really isn’t very loud.
