Other than that, it is a little loud but I was warned about that before I bought it. Overall stars is 4 because of the noise. cleaning quality is 4 because I have not put it to the test yet. That 5 day old crusted casserole dish ( I am sure a lot of you know what I am talkin about) Drying gets a 2 because I have not figured out the heat dry button yet, Sometimes you have to read the manual. Cycle options gets a 3 because all that this thing has is 2 cycles normal and heavy. If you need a dishwasher this will work or marry the maid.

The reason for my 2 star review is that the original one delivered had a problem that the door wouldn’t stay closed for loading. Best Buy sent another and it had the same problem and the third replacement did too. The technicians send they see this problem on most of this model.
