I did get it to dry my dishes all the way. To do that you leave them in overnight. It does take three hours to go through the heavy cycle. But I’m upset because the delivery team did mess up the top of my dishwasher in the side of my dishwasher I will leave pictures for you all to see. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.. $517 and this is what the delivery person did to the dishwasher. I’m disgusted.

WHO WANTS TO WASH DISHES WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THIS

They offered to give me a new one with no installation. After I already paid for installation. They wanted me to pay again. That is not fair as the damage. Was there. Fault. As of Now. I still have the dishwasher cause I cannot afford to pay for installation again.

Just bought a house with no appliances and needed something. It was delivered in December but not installed until February. Within the past 10 months, it's proven to be a tedious and exhausting experience. The film wouldn't come off well, so there's parts of it still left on the front. It does not dry the dishes well AT ALL. There is no difference if heated dry is on or not. The seals have all come loose and cannot be fitted back in, that's how loose they are. The pump is loud and barely works- I have to run a load of dishes twice sometimes because of how much standing water is left at the bottom. I watch the pump send water out but then stop, and the water just drains back in. I've checked everything else it could be (the disposal, the main line, a clog) and there's truly nothing else going on. This dishwasher is just a nightmare. Despite only using it ten months, since I purchased it a year ago, it's out of warranty. Shame on me for not calling earlier, but shame on what I thought was a reliable brand for making such a shoddy product. Being first time homeowners I do not have the funds to purchase a new dishwasher, but dream of the day I can. Please heed my warning and save yourself the money and headache.

Posted .Thank you for making us aware of your recent experience. We regret to hear that your dishwasher is not performing as expected. If your dishes are not drying properly, below are some helpful tips.
• Make sure the rinse aid dispenser is filled.
• Increase the discharge setting of rinse aid.
• Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120o F (49o C).
• Check for proper loading-avoid nesting items.
• Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left and right of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position.
• Select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance.
In regards to issues with the pump being noisy and your water not draining properly, you could have some type of blockage that needs to be addressed.
