Great dishwasher, used for 2 years so far with no issues and nothing has broken. Everything still works like new. Would recommend.

An affordable dishwasher that works great. It's a bit noisy but you get what you pay for. No issues with it.

Basic budget friendly dishwasher. Cleans as well as the one it replaced that cost 3x as much.

Used this product maybe 5 times but was unfortunatley 1 day past the 14 day return window. This product is a hazard! A dishwasher safe cap to a cup was placed on the top rack and must’ve fallen to the bottom during the wash cycle. I’ve had plenty of dishwashers and this was never a hazard. The cap melted and burned on the heating element at the bottom and caused there to be a ton of smoke throughout our house. Best Buy didnt care to see my photos or make this right, beyond disappointed.

This dryer does not dry the dishes and has not from day one! I cant set it and leave for the week cause the dishes will have mold on them! Of course o am over the 60 days as it took a while for us to install in a new build. A service call is going to cost me $99 so seams stupid to even spend the money on a service call when i can get a new one for $300. I definitely wont buy this brand again.

I’m disappointed with this product and the installation by Best Buy. The installers improperly installed the dishwasher and it does not close therefore cannot be used. The product itself washes ok but not the best. The machine it self lacks quality and has an “antiquated” look.

The installer damaged my countertop in the process of putting in the dishwasher. There was a snafu on the delivery time & date, but they were good about rescheduling. The dishwasher looked & felt cheap. Very underwhelming!

I would not buy this product again. Photo included is after 2 uses. And will not replace after 15 days.

It doesn’t do it’s job! Few plates and spoons, cups and glasses, soap is still visible. White marks and residue is still present.

This was a pretty average/easy install. I have installed a lot of washers. Like many newer washers it has an enlarged tub/door which reduces the access at the kick plate, so it's easier to make connections with the washer on it's back. We have had it for a couple months, and so far it has been excellent. It is very quiet when running. Like many modern appliances the time for cycles seems much longer than in older ones, probably for higher efficiency. The third/top rack is useful for us as a place for chopsticks which lets them dry out faster than the silverware bins. The interior is taller than older dishwashers so there wasn't any less space for the main racks. My only criticism of this washer is that some of the racks have the metal bars running in places where they interfere with the edges of plates, so plates can't sit in certain rows where it seems they should be able to. Overall very happy with this and it feels like an upgrade over our previous washer which was probably top of the line from about 20 years ago. We rinse dirty dishes before putting in the washer so we don't push the limits of cleaning, but so far cleaning action seems excellent.

It cleans really well and is relatively quiet. What we don't like, is it is difficult to load bowls and we use a lot of bowls. But it was on sale and that helps with any dissatisfaction.

This dishwasher is exactly what our family needed! It has options for different levels of cleaning; it’s easy to use; and, is very quiet. The dishes come out amazingly clean and dry!!! We love our new dishwasher!!!

Works great. Minor humming sounds but overall cleans perfectly. Easy to operate and keep clean.

Purchased this for a two person house and it works really well - great value for the price and it is quiet and does a great job. The only thing I do not like is there is water left on the bottom side of glasses - wish it dried more completely - keep it on heavy clean cycle for best results

The Dishwasher online ordering and pickup experience at the store was great, however bestbuy sold me a used product, as the dishwasher has a lot scuffs on the back and the sides and there was water filled in the pipes, which leaked on my living room floor as we unpacked it. This dishwasher is fairly basic, with very minimal features and does the job well, tad bit noisy compared to my old dishwasher. Does seem to have the traditional filter or filter pit from where the water would drain from, dont know if thats a good or a bad yet. The controls are also very basic but not a concern. Heat dry works very nice. Installation is super easy. Con: The dishwasher latch (the button to be pressed to open the door) is really bad and a terrible design. Its very hard to open it, we have to wrestle with it to get it open. The height adjustable legs is not easy, so adjust the height needed before you install, later would be a quite tedious. Pro: Fairly decently priced, compared to some of the very fancy models out there, with a lot of over engineered fuctionality. This is great buy, gets the job done.
