The installer plus an electrician, part of the Geek Squad, installed the dishwasher and gave us all the written materials that comes with the appliance. My wife loves using the dishwasher. I am very impressed with Best Buy and the caliber of the Geek Squad members. The only thing that they could have done that would have been helpful is give us the serial number. At my age, 80, I had trouble finding it. Our household helper pointed it out to me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not crazy about the way the bottom tray is laid out - like there's this big space on the right side - I guess for a big pot or pan, but if you're just doing a regular load of dishes, there's no way to arrange them on that side, however, all in all, it's a perfectly suitable machine for someone that doesn't need anything super fancy. It does everything I need it to do, efficiently.

If you wash the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher, they will come out clean. Then you will have to dry them. Seriously, I called and ask if we could return it, the answer was no. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISHWASHER!

It seems to do the job however, it does not dry the dishes very well. I have to let the plastics on a towel before I put them away. I bought because I needed a dishwasher asap and did not want to spend alot. Seems to be a standard no frills dishwasher but it beats doing them by hand.

Posted .Hey jmat! I recommend making sure that the water temperature is at least 120 degrees. You may also find that using a rinse aid will help with the drying performance of your dishwasher.
