Great product for a great price,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The "Sensing" cycle is a little longer however the wash cycle is shorter and does a better job then the Whirlpool we replaced.

Good low cost option which looks great and works well.

Let me start off by saying that I do not write reviews unless I am so appalled by a product that I feel I have to. This dishwasher is a pile of junk. I also had nothing but problems with the delivery people. Fortunately, the saving grace of this situtation was the rep I spoke to at the Geek Squad 1-800 number that I was directed to later in my story. We bought the dishwasher from the Best Buy store in Burnsville, MN. I should have known it wouldn't go right when we couldn't find an associate in the appliance department and some girl came over from cameras or somewhere else to help us. We said we wanted to purchase this dishwasher and the girl rang us out, while asking if we wanted delivery and haulaway of the old dishwasher. Of course we did! I didn't scrutinize my receipt like I should have. A few days later, this VERY unprofessional delivery man calls my phone and says, "Hello? Hello? <inaudible muttering>, we will be at house in 5 minutes!" and hung up. My fiance was at home to accept the delivery. Unfortunately, I was not at home as I would have refused this delivery after what the guy says. The guy says, "It's not my job to haulaway the old dishwasher and I won't hook up the new one." Oh really?? I'm pretty sure that's what I had ordered. After I looked at my receipt again, very carefully, the girl who rang us up at Best Buy completely messed up our order, and didn't put hook up on there... but DELIVERY WAS DEFINITELY THERE. My fiance is sort of a handy guy, so he disconnected the old one, and hooked up the new one. The new dishwasher LEAKS. It's not because he hooked it up wrong - it leaks out of the middle front of the door. After researching this product more and more, I find that this is a very common problem that Frigidaire just doesn't seem to care about. So I then go into the Eden Prairie Best Buy, as it is much closer to my work than Burnsville and ask them how I can return this piece of junk. The girl there says that it's best if I call Geek Squad, they will be able to set up a pick up, return, etc. So I call Geek Squad, and I explain my situation, and the girl there was very helpful. She couldn't understand why the Eden Prairie store had directed me to call Geek Squad instead of taking care of the situation right there. She calls the Eden Prairie Best Buy since it's the closet to me, and they basically refuse to return the dishwasher because they don't want to deal with it. The Geek Squad rep couldn't believe it, and said she would mention this to her supervisor. The Geek Squad girl then calls the Shakopee store, which is even further away, and they agree that they would return the dishwasher. Great, so the next day, I get my dad to load this piece of junk in his truck and bring it to the Shakopee store. The people at the Shakopee store very grudgingly return this thing. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Best Buy for appliances (or probably anything) ever again as I am so flabbergasted at how this whole experience went down. We ended up going to a competitor store where they are "Smart" with appliances and everything went smoothly. I suggest you do the same.

The salesperson advised the decible rating was not as favorable as others and I could experience some loudness with this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I had to listen to make sure ti was on!

The dishwasher does what it needs to! I like the delay start option. It's still kind of loud... it squirts water pretty loud but it doesn't bother us from the other room.

I had an old Frigidaire dishwasher in my house and decided it was time to replace it. I put in a new Frigidaire dishwasher and am very satisfied with my purchase.

The product is great and the customer service I received was excellent. The young man was extremely accommodating and helpful.

It sanitizer and my dishes are very hot when the cycle is over, but if I left any soap on the dishes or any food residue, it gets stuck to the dishes and is a pain to remove

This dishwasher was a replacement purchase. While fairly inexpensive compared to other models, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"... It's a bit noisy, can be hard to open, and the white plastic inside screams cheap construction.

Wanted something to last at keast a year until my kitchen got renovated then I was going to get a stainless steel dishwasher but if this one holds up I may stay with this one

I love all the cycle options...it is nice that you don't have to wait for the dishwasher to be completely full to wash dishes, you can just use the top shelf wash option!
