the product description repeatedly mentions the advantages of high temperature wash but it is never mentioned that it does not have an internal heater. after you purchased it, you open the box and surprise: "for best results you need to connect it to a hot water supply of at least 120F ". if you already have that you will be ok. if not, be prepared to pay extra for plumber`s service.

had this for over a year,works great. it is quiet and cleans good on light wash.

This dishwasher is easy to load and easy to operate. It is a tad noisy but it does a great job with the dishes and glasses.

I researched many reviews on this dishwasher and based off of them I purchased this dishwasher to replace a higher end model that ended up failing. After trying 3 cycles of dirty dishes, I am disappointed to report that this particular model does not do a very good job at cleaning dirty dishes like our old one. The children's sippy cups are still left with a film on them after washing, even with the extended cycle. This would be good to wash dishes immediately after a meal, but not once things are dried on or have been left after a day or two in between cycles. This model is going back and I will most certainly spend the extra $$$ for a mid-range dishwasher. The overall operation was a bit louder than our last 2 dishwashers.

This is a great product for the price. It works great the only annoying thing is the tray can easily fall of the track. Just make sure you are careful.

Easy to purchase, relatively easy to install. Uses the "garden hose" type of attachment as opposed to my old on that used a standard plumbing fitting. Went to the hardware store to get the L-shaped adapter (about 4-5 dollars) so I did not have to change water supply line. Overall the dishwasher does its job. Not super quiet but not too loud either. You need to spend a lot more $$ to get the super quite ones and I knew this going in. Most of the time i used the delay start feature and wash overnight anyway so noise is not much of an issue.

This dishwasher is the worst thing you could ever spend your money on. It does not get your dishes clean at all even with the high end detergent that I am using. It is extremely load and noisy and the 55 decibel rating is no where close to accurate. It is made out of nothing but plastic so be prepared for it to take on the smell of food within the first few cycles. On top of it all the dishes never come out dry. My wife did a load and two days later when I went to unload the dishes they were still wet. If I wanted to dry off my dishes I would just hand wash them. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!!!!!!! Spend the extra money and get a Bosch. You will be glad you did.

Not bad for the price and easy to used. Dishes was clean after using.

What a horrible product. When it didn't work right out of the box, I tried to get customer service to assist from Frigedaire- they referred me to a company (the only one in Columbus, Ohio they work with) who had a lady tell me to "FiretrUCK OFF". Imagine the guys response when I told him I wasn't letting him in my house. So for several more months I washed the dishes 3 or 4 cycles. (Which took about 2 days because I didn't just sit home and wait for the dishes to be done). Now it's leaking and I'm dealing with the lousy customer service of Frigidaire. I have been made promises that haven't been kept. Spend $5.00 more and get another product from another company. Unless you want to come get the one in the front of the yard.... but my dogs don't come with it.

This is a very nice dishwasher. Very quiet and efficient.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher from Best Buy, August of last year (2012), thinking it would be the right choice, since we have always been loyal Frigidaire customers. Our previous Frigidaire dishwasher lasted for years! A few months after purchasing this new dishwasher, the soap dispenser stopped dispensing the soap... Result? Dirty dishes and a waste of our time. We called the warranty company and were told to try and pack less in the dishwasher, which we did, to no avail. We called them back and after a brief in-person assessment were told that the dishwasher was indeed defective and that they would fix it; which they did temporarily... A few weeks later, the same issue presented itself. Supreme Appliances came back out to take a look and this time we were told that the "PC board" would need to be replaced, since it was not supplying the right amount of power for the dishwasher's components to operate correctly, blah, blah... I.E. MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. About 2 weeks later, when the parts finally arrived (in the mean time, us having to wash dishes by hand, i.e. defeating the entire purpose of having a dishwasher to begin with!), the dishwasher seemed to be operating ok. A week ago, a few months later, the SAME issue started again! We called Frigidaire to try and get our unit replaced, since this does not seem to be something that the warranty service company is able to fix, and were told that they would require THREE billed warranty visits. This seems all too convenient since our warranty will be expiring in just a few weeks, August 2nd, 2013. At this point, it is ridiculous, since after calling Supreme Appliances once again, they are only able to provide service after the weekend, when we have a dinner party scheduled for Saturday night... Why do I mention this? Well, simple, that means we get to wash dishes by hand on Sunday, once again defeating the purpose of spending good money on a dishwasher that is supposed to save us time and effort! THIS IS WRONG! FRIGIDAIRE, please restore our faith in your company by doing the right thing and replacing our dishwasher with a working one!

I bought this unit for my daughter's house just so she could have something that would last a few years until she could upgrade. We knew it was a bottom of the line unit. This was verified when after just 3 years it died, and when the repairman came by he said the motors only last a couple years on this model (and other bottom of the line models). Cost more to fix than to replace as we did not get any extended warranty. My advice-buy only if you're looking for something new but not fantastic to put into a house you're going to sell, or if you're going to keep it either get the extended warranty, or something better that will last. Gave it two stars as it washed dishes ok, not great-still some that were dirty.

I have had this dishwasher almost a year now and it hasn't worked since I bought it. I have had a total of 7 technicians (Best Buy and Frigidaire) come to my home and it's still useless. I've had to take off work each of those times and it still doesn't clean, has crud all inside of it and it's new thing is not draining. There was always standing water at the bottom of it and yesterday it was YELLOW. Disgusting and no one helps me. Not Best Buy- not Frigidaire. It's like they wait for your warranty to run out

I think this dishwasher is a perfect fit for me. It seems to clean with minimal ease.

This started off poorly because the detergent dispenser would not open during the cycle from the very beginning. It took a week to get someone out to look at it and another 2 weeks to get the replacement part and have it installed. Then when I was finally able to use it, it does not dry the dishes well at all. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our new dishwasher looks great in our new kitchen. We bought it to match our other Frigidaire SS appliances. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes; however, it's drying capabilities are less than adequate. Our previous model from GE left litte to no water on top mugs and bowls.

If you want a piece of junk that will break in two years, this is the dishwasher for you. Within 6 months there was a leaking problem under the dishwasher, then the door springs break, next it won't lock to wash, now it won't even start. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Use it in a rental property because it looks good and it's affordable. Hope it lasts
