Part of a package deal to go into rental duplex. Replaced old/outdated appliances.

Bought this for a rental property. Tenants reported that water was not being pumped out after only 21 days. Best Buy is replacing it since less than 30 days since purchase. I hope the replacement will perform as it should.

Bought brand new - with the brand new house. My whole kitchen suite was all stainless - all Frigidaire. After 14 months, I have had 2 repairs - all from this dishwasher. Same exact model. 1. Unit died. Repairman had to come in - diagnose, check power to motherboard etc. They reset the machine ... not sure why it died. There was no electrical outage ... no other appliance had any electrical issue. 2. Two months later - unit makes loud buzzing noise. Unit would not drain. Checked for blockage - none. Drain pump problem. I would recommend this to my worst enemy. I am in the market for a GE dishwasher now.

Bought a lemon, had to fix everything on it. Did not work right when we got it a month ago, had someone come they said the motor was bad, then it would not clean dishes so they replaced a water valve or pump? Whatever, then the spinner on the bottom was cracked or not sealed they replaced that. Lastly there was no seal in the door so water was running all over the floor. Nice may not be Best Buys fault, their Geek Squad was great. After a month of not being able to use something we just bought I would say I am still a bit miffed and someone must have been sleeping on the production line with this one.

Read 1 star reviews here people. These are the people who have owned the product for 6 months+. After 6 months or so you will start to find all the manufacturer defects in this machine. It is VERY poorly made. I've owned mine for 13 months and it has given me nothing but problems for the past 3 months or so. Door gasket comes off and leaks during cycle, motor gets louder and louder, fill hose leaks, brass fill adapter leaks and oh yeah, ITS LOUD. I would never purchase a Frigidaire dishwasher again because of this unit. There are so many common problems with this unit listed in the reviews it makes you wonder how this unit even got out the door. AND it makes you wonder how many of the parts in this unit are in their other units.

We purchased this dishwasher and within six months it had become louder and the cycle went longer, regardless of what cycle we selected. two years later all of the components underneath are rusted and leaking. cheap price cheap product.

Repair man has been out 3 times. Have replaced the motor, control board and seal because it is leaking. The first call, manufacturer came out and fixed it after I had it two months. Now the Geek Squad. It washes horrible, doesn't dry the dishes. They won't let me exchange it for a more expensive model. I'm an Elite Plus member, you would think after all the purchases I have made, I could get an exception. Not to mention this makes the 4th time of taking off of work to get it fixed. Another week without a dishwasher.

Bought two of these in a 6 year period and now the second one is broken! This thing is trash!!!

Bought this dishwasher when it was on promotion. It is working properly.

Nice, i lile it a lot, really good price and love the stainless steel look.

After 9 months with this machine I am ready to hook my 16 year old dish washer back in place. This excels at nothing- it takes hours to run a cycle, it has never once dried my dishes and you have to pre scrub the dishes to the point that you may as well put them away at that point. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Cycles are very slow, otherwise good look, price is good too.

Sadly to say but only after 13 months of using this machine every other day (less than average) the dishwasher went completely dead and just missed its 1 year warranty (how convenient). After an internet search it seems that everyone that had this same problem said the main control board needed to be replaced. Luckily, I found the part online for only $40.00 and I'll replace myself and see if it does the trick. If that doesn't work then it's history and I won't sink another dime into it.

I purchased this dishwasher about one year ago. It worked OK for the first couple of months. Very loud but it did the job. Somewhere around month 3 or 4 the soap dispenser door started having problems staying closed. Soon we found we were not able to close the door so we have been adding detergent to the holder but it is dispensed immediately rather than part way through the cycle. The noise has been louder and louder. Really quite impressive I suppose. I have cleaned out the filter that's on the bottom to make sure it is clear. Super noisy operation but it gets even louder when the pump is going. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this piece of junk. I thought spending this much money on a dishwasher would yield something of much higher quality than this. This thing shouldn't even be on the market. I'll never buy another Frigidaire dishwasher again. That's how disappointed I am in their product.

This machine stopped working well after about a year. First, the control panel went out. The repairman told me it was because of steam. Imagine -- steam near a dishwasher! Now it's just not cleaning the dishes, no matter how light the load and heavy the setting. So now I've to call someone else out -- ka-ching -- to fix that problem. You cant use those little soap packets because they adhere to the bottom of the soap tray. My Frigiidaire stove has also required repairs and it's three years old. Save yourself money and grief and buy a better brand.

Horrible, did not wash the dishes from day one. We have to wash the dishes and use the dishwasher to sterilize. Now it is spitting water onto my wood floors. Never will I buy a Frigidaire product. The 1500.00 dollar fridge we also bought bowed in the freezer area and the shelves do not fit. The plastic shelves on the door are cheap and thin - all broke within 6 mths.

Worked fine for 18 months, then died. I will not buy this brand again. Seems like Frigidaire designs their appliances to last just long enough to get through the warranty period.
