Posted .Hey Mom3, thank you for your review. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience your dishes not cleaning properly may be causing you. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I would also make sure all of your spray arms are attached and rotating freely. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. At the end of your wash cycle do you see residual soap in your dispenser? Hope this is helpful!

Posted .JimV, I can tell how frustrated you must be. Most challenges with cleaning have to do with water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid.
