Contacted Best Buy and they referred me to Frigidaire and when I called them for service, all of the operators were in training! I also do not have a light to tell me when it's time to change the water filter.

We do recommend changing the water filter about every six months depending on the usage. Once the pores in the filter become clogged with debris the water is unable to move through the filter effectively. Lighting in box is very good

The height of the opening where you put your glass in is too small. It should be about 5 inches higher.

Huge fridge for half the price of others

Has all the same amenities. Plus the switches for ice/water is physical versus the electrical panels on others. More lasting durability.

Yes the compressor is a little noisy but who cares in the basement. Low price and no issues after a year and a half.

Amazing refrigerator
