After 3 days of calling because of dropped calls from long holds, was able to schedule repair 2 weeks out. Not very happy.

It started the day I bought it 1 month ago and goes off and on all throughout the day very loud. I called Frigidaire today and they said it’s the cooling system and is normal. If they send a repair person out and they find it’s that annoying loud noise I will have to pay for a service call. So frustrated, I finally get a new fridge and I’m stuck with this. Very disappointed!

Only issue is the frig door bins are very flimsy. They tend to break easily. When I ordered a replacement, it arrived broken in the same places.

Purchased the installation package from the Geek Squad. Purchased the Extended Warranty on all items through the Geek Squad. Delivered with a dented handle. Ice Maker quits working. Call about handle and ice maker. Geek Squad tells me that handle can be replaced due to shipping defect but ice maker is manufacturer item (even tho I bought the Extended Warranty from Geek Squad, that STARTED when item was delivered!) New handle gets ordered and installed by Geek Squad. Ice Maker not fixed. Geek Squad member that installed handle tells me that I do not need to call manufacturer (Frigidaire) but can call Geek Squad and they will get the part from the manufacturer and send out Geek Squad to install. Call multiple times, wait for a lllooonnnnggg time on the phone just to get told to call manufacturer. NOT HAPPY !!
