Good Fridge, Awful Ice Dispenser

Replaced. Replacement quit working in July 2020. Figured out the blades were bending due to ice re-freezing. Defrosted, and worked until Jan. 2021. Now the motor is out and the dispenser does not work at all.

Compressor Froze after Two Months-No Assistance

Compressors are on backorder and company does not expect to have one for at least a month. They will do nothing to replace the refrigerator until we have waited at least a month. We have been living out of an ice chest for weeks and neither Best Buy nor Frigidaire will give us any assistance.

I was expecting more profesionalism from best buy dealing with Clients, nobody called me, nobody cares to send a similar or better refrigerator I bought at the same price, this is the minimun they can do for sending a defected refrigerator and deal with all this issue brought.

Many problems, do not recommend

In the last year, we have had a repairman out 4 times for four major issues and now it’s broken again. Do not recommend. Repairman said this model has a lot of problems and I believe him. We’re just buying a new one and it won’t be Frigidaire.
