Posted .Ekazarin, I apologize your refrigerator is not making ice and I can definitely understand how frustrating this can be. If turning your ice maker off and then restarting it does not solve your concern you would require more attention. Ice makers only work if the freezer is below a certain degree mark and if the water filter is not blocking water flow. Have you noticed any issues with the freezer temperatures being too high and thawing items at the same time? If not, then you will most likely have a concern within the ice maker itself.
