Replaced a 22cu ft LG with this Frigidaire FRSS2623AS 25.6 cu ft side-by-side on March 24th. Hooked up the convenient ice and water dispenser, loaded it up, and haven't had to think about it since. Works perfectly and the extra 3.6 cu ft of space proved significant. Previous fridge had temperature issues, but NOT this new one. We both love it and got it ON SALE for $999. An outstanding VALUE in my opinion. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!

I was happy to see that Frigidaire has continued to make this model. It does not have all the “bells and whistles” that some other refrigerators come with. No internet. No cameras inside. Etc. so keep that in mind. I had an earlier version of this same refrigerator for over 15 with no mechanical issues at all. Even the ice maker worked all that time. Finally the compressor went out. I have only had it for a month, so it is hard to say how long it will last. But if this one provides another 15 years, I will be more than happy. As the price was only around $1,100 or so for a fridge this size, and when compared to others of similar capacity, in my opinion, this refrigerator is a bargain. MJM

Absolutely in love with my Frigidaire refrigerator, perfect size, it's quite and the ice cubes are perfect for this upcoming summer time drinks. I may also add that the customer service at Best Buy was grade A, they were amazing in helping me purchase and set up delivery... No compliants over on my end with this transaction.

This refrigerator is sleek and clean looking. It fits everything I need in it and makes perfectly square ice cubes. I would recommend this fridge to someone looking for a basic fridge without all the fancy gadgets. I’m definitely someone who prefers a traditional fridge, split sided, one side fridge and one side freezer.

It’ only been 3 weeks but i live my new fridge. Everything works well. I had enough room after cooking my Thanksgiving dinner. To me, that says it all.

Love Fridgedaire products and this fridge is very roomy and love the water ice maker. I’ve make is large and water comes out quickly. Very sleek design large handles and buttons are on inside of door.

I love my refrifgetor, keep my food cold, enough shells and space for everything. I like the fact that i can i have one door open and im still able to get water and ice.. super cool i'm able to put magnet pictures on it... energy efficiency, easy to change water filter and air filter.

Purchased this beautiful fridge from the outlet. It has performed amazing, holds temp great and ice maker is flawless

This refrigerator is perfect. I love that the shelving is adjustable along with door shelves. The unit stays cool isnt annoyingly loud which is a plus. The ice cubes are on the smaller compact square size which i enjoy since im an ice eater but not of crushed ice which is too small and broken. I would prefer the temp settings not to be on the inner right side of the freezer door as my child sometimes presses the button and it beeps. But overall not horrible. Great priced Refrigerator just hoping it lasts longer than 4 years as Ive had a samsung and kenmore fail me in less time than that.

Got the fridge because it was similar to our last one. I like the color. Issue 1 is no deli drawer. I did not notice this when I ordered online. Biggest issue, the icemaker only makes enough ice for about 1 big cup. It then will not produce anymore ice until I fill up a cup. Then it makes more. This is the oddest thing. It never goes above what is in the image. There has to be some sensor somewhere that is telling it to not produce more because if I got get ice, it will then dispense more to this line. We fill up water bottles in the more for all 4 of my family members for work and school. There is typically only enough ice for 1 1/2 of the bottles. We already returned this once thinking there was something wrong with the first one. But now that the second one is doing this there has to be something stopping this. I don't understand why it has an ice arm that the ice never even remotely comes close to. I am about to ask for a new refrigerator.

This is such a good deals, I bough this brand Frigidaire because my old one last more than 10 years it still working, I just need a new one and bigger now. This is good size for my family of 5. Nice color. Nice design. Got it before Christmas as a gift for me.

Great product! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the doors didn't align properly even with Best Buy Installing. Had to have Geek Squad come back out to realign the doors. It's been a week now and they seem to be fixed! Both fridge and freezer stay at a good temp where it doesn't over cool/freeze items.

This fridge makes your house look expensive! Its a great size inside, i’m able to put plenty of groceries in which i had issues with my last fridge. I will say the buttons are on the inside side of the door which makes it easy to press and change your fridge setting which can be freeze your items.

This has been a horrible experience. First, I was given the wrong measurements in order the wrong refrigerator. Then I ordered the replacement and it was sent to the wrong address. Today I got sent one all scratched up with food particles inside. I have to use it until the replacement can come, so it is plugged in. It sounds like a train is coming through my kitchen. On top of that, no instructions on how to prepare the ice in the water to make sure it is working correctly. It just has some sort of timer that started making noises. I’m really worried that when I get the replacement it is going to be just as loud and horrible as the one that is sitting in my kitchen right now. I highly recommend looking for a different brand. I’m afraid that whenever the fourth a delivery attempt is made I get sent another used one that is scratched up. More importantly, I’m afraid that I’ll be settled with a horribly loud refrigerator.

I hope you get a good one and don't have my experience. I purchased this brand new from Best Buy and had the refrigerator delivered on June 10, 2024. On August 11, 2024 the refrigerator starting making a very loud fan noise like a helicopter was above our house. This went on for about 5 hours and would only stop when the door would open. The loud noise and fans finally stopped but now the freezer is no longer cold, the ice melted all over our floor, and the refrigerator side is also not as cold as before. The "High Temp" light is on and it constantly beeps non-stop every 30 seconds. We've had this refrigerator for 2 months! Since it was a weekend, I had to wait until Monday to call Frigidaire support. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes early Monday morning, their solution was to unplug it, plug it back in, and wait 24 hours. I said that was not acceptable. I had already lost a bunch of food since we went grocery shopping that Sunday afternoon. The agent was finally willing to schedule a service call, which I was surprised I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Still waiting on that, will update after. I asked if the warranty covered food loss, the agent said that is not covered. Pretty unbelievable! I went from a horrible experience owning a Samsung refrigerator to now this with Frigidaire. At least the Samsung didn't break down until after a year owning it. I might have made the wrong decision about this one. Before it broke, this Frigidaire unit was already louder than normal. It looks nice but is definitely not fingerprint resistant. Ice cubes are a smaller shape, everything was fine.

The features and capacity make it a steal insofar as price is concerned. However, the plastic shelves are quite fragile and cost about $20 each to replace.

Works perfectly. Ample space in the fridge with deep shelves but the ice maker takes about 1/3 of the freezer section.

Makes good ice, fresh filtered water and keeps food/drinks cold/frozen.

Replaced my French door bottom freezer with this side by side. Plenty of room on each side, nice water and ice features on the exterior door. Highly recommend it!

Very nice refrigerator. Easy to clean, easy temp control, and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10
