great buy, runs quietly, lots of storage, would buy it again

I like this refrigerator but my husband says it's too noisy. The technician came out and said it was normal but he wants it checked out again.

We were in need of a fridge and chose the black side by side with ice and water in the door. I love it not only does it go with my newly remodeled kitchen but it is very spacious very quiet running kids absolutely love the water and ice in door. We made an excellent choice and I would recommended this product to anyone.

We bought this refrigerator to replace one that was at least twenty years old. It's a great refrigerator, however we bought this refrigerator to replace one that was at least twenty years old. It's a great refrigerator, however the ice maker is noisy. Noticeably noisier than our last refrigerator. If it weren't for these noisy ice maker, I would put 5 stars. The system wouldn't allow me to do 4.5 stars.

Great fridge lot of space can fit much more than normal

i am happy with all. i would like to have a drawer for the breakfast meats like my other one did.

It is a basic fridge with a good price tag. Could not get more tech details and difference of this unit on any website. Once received realised some of the tech features like the switch on the ice and water is manual and doesn't have the filter like the latest units have. It is great as the 2nd fridge and put in my garage as it has capability to withstand the temp in the garage in winter too

We are very happy with the side by side refrigerator. By adding plastic tubs to the freezer side, we are able to organize our food better. So we are eating the food not trying it out when its too old. My only concern is the water catcher for the indoor ice/water dispenser is not very deep so sometimes I find water dripping down the front. Adding a piece of paper towel seems to take care of the problem.

I'm not thrilled with the purchase but it's what I expected based on other reviews. The refrigerator is noisy and makes some weird sounds. The ice maker is better than the old one. So far this one doesn't leak. This seems like a good purchase for the price.

It's a great refrigerator. I like having 2 panels for water and ice. The water comes out cold, unlike my old refrigerator.

Product looks good. Priced well. Lots of space and well organized. Unfortunately the water dispenser stopped working after a couple days. I even had it hooked up professionally. The ice maker is working just fine. I guess my biggest issue is that I've had a hard time getting a tech out to repair it. First tech cancelled the day of scheduled repair. No one called me back when I tried to reschedule. I have called three times. I finally called Best Buy direct instead of the repair company they use. Best Buy said they would follow up and get back to me but haven't. I called Best Buy again today and was given the run around and told I had to contact Fridgidaire directly for repair. Just called fridgidaire but they can't set up an appointment until I supply them with the serial number that's on the product. That's a bit tricky since the fridge is in a rental property. Now I have to hang up with fridgidaire and contact my tenant to look for the serial number and then call fridgidaire back, wait on hold again, get a service tech assigned to me and then call the service tech that fridgidaire has authorized. Oh, and make sure you have your receipt on hand because they wont start the repair until they see the receipt. Pretty sure we bought a new fridge to avoid the headache of having to worry about it. I should remind you that it quit working only a few days after receiving it!

Good fridge for the money! Stays nice and cold and ice maker works well.

Decent look and so far it is kind of quiet. Good product for the price

I owned a Frigidare for 15 years and loved it....so when it stopped cooling I had to buy another one.

Great price, lots of space, stainless steel surface wipes down easily and everything is cold.

Purchased to replace inoperable refrigerator, to store overflow items. Wanted a large capacity side-by-side unit and this one fit the bill.

The depth of it is great. The overall space is wonderful, even the side door. Wish the freezer part was a little wider but it's still a great frig for the price

This fridge is great for the money. Kinda noisy when the water refills but other than that great purchase.

This is the second time I've bought this refrigerator, once for me and once for my parents. It's been great for the whole family.
