The damage is hidden and this is a perfect refrigerator! Love it! The absolute worst delivery service ever!!

This one seems to be better.I'm not happy with the stainless finish. It isn't smudge proof and seems to be hard to clean.

This model is similar in all the right ways and now it matches our other appliances. I like the separate water and ice dispensers. The only thing I miss from our old fridge was an additional drawer it had for deli items.

Disappointed beginning

Tried to get service arranged through Geek Squad but very poor follow through for resolution. Was told we would get a call back to arrange for service which never happened. Made a special trip into the store where original purchase was made to get a replacement unit for the defective one. Informed that it is on back order and would have to wait which will be over 3 weeks. Very unhappy with the product and Best Buys post purchase service. Maybe can make a better evaluation when I finally get a fully working unit.
