    Refrigerator arrived with several scratches on finish and plastic wrapping scraps that could not be removed. Ordered a replacement but it came with even more scratches. Explanation is that is was a manufacturer's issue. Really! Had issues with the ice maker from the day it was delivered.

    So I purchased online with delivery, never seen this in store. After much research I choose this one for the "side color: stainless" Got delivered when I was at work and when I came home the side was BLACK. After talking w many customer service people who spoke to me like I was crazy and it was my fault, I sucked it up and kept it. The description is wrong one best buy website. Customer service lacked a lot. Good fridge for the sale price. Failure in the customer service dept

    I went through 2 of these in less then a month. The ice maker would maybe make one batch of ice a day.
