Well we unpacked our refrigerator and there are a lot of dents on side, was rust on front and no water filter, This was promised to be an open box in excellent condition???

It stops working exactly 3 years after purchase. Will never buy the Frigidaire brand again

Do not buy this fridge. Has 3 warranty calls for ice maker & noises, issues kept returning. After warranty ended it completely stopped working

I would not recommend this refrigerator. When it fills the ice tray and drops ice it is so loud. It sounds like a ticking time bomb.

When sitting in my kitchen, I noticed it gets very cold. And I feel a draft of cold air. I checked the windows etc. Nothing. It's winter where I live. I kept feeling this cold air. Finally I checked around the refrigerator, and sure enough there is cold air coming from the bottom of this refrigerator and some places to the rear of it. I am very disappointed with this refrigerator. The ice spews on the floor, it is very loud. The drawers inside are very weak. I feel like they are going to break at any moment. The doors are bent (rounded) and they look off. I did not like this refrigerator in the first place. My husband talked me into getting this one for the price. I do not like the position of the ice maker. It's too loud and to bulky. It's very cold inside and outside. First time having an ice maker, so we didn't know what to expect. Water is lukewarm. I think I want my old fridge back. Maybe we should put this one in the garage and put the old one back in the house. Some of these reviews describe my problems exactly. No more fridge dare for me.

THE FRIDGE I BOUGHT WAS GREAT!! THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH SUCK!!!! MY ADVICE IF YOU ARE GONNA BUY IT RENT A UHAUL FOR $20 AND PICK IT UP. THE DELIVERY TEAM RESCHEDULED ME 5 TIMES. 3 OF THE TIMES THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE BUT NEVER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR OR RANG THE BELL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM OR BEST BUY YOU ARE ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 40 MINUTES ALLOWING YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW TO BE ALMOST UP. THE DAY WE FINALLY GOT THE FRIDGE WE HAD TO SIT ON THE FRONT PORCH FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE THE DELIVERY WINDOW BECAUSE THAT'S WHEN THEY NORMALLY SHOW UP AND OF COURSE THEY BROUGHT IN THE FRIDGE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE PIECES I PURCHASED TO CONNECT THE WATER AND ICE. SO THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE PICK THEM UP AND HAVE A PLUMBER COME CONNECT THEM. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING THAT CANT FIT IN THE BACK OF MY CAR FROM BEST BUY EVER AGAIN!!!

overall, I like the refrigerator. i got the stainless steel option and chose this brand because it is not supposed to leave finger prints/smudges (all of my other appliances are stainless steel and it is always a pain to keep them looking good). I like that I don't have to constantly try and wipe finder prints off to keep it looking good. the two things i dislike: 1) ice-maker is pretty loud when it works (took some time to get used to); 2) the shelves are a bit on the cheap/flimsy side, so you have to watch out for it / readjust accordingly. overall, a much cheaper and well performing fridge by comparison to similar models/brands.

I like the fridge a lot with the exception of one thing. It runs soooooo loud! The fan, the ice maker, everything. Sometimes it sounds like a very active hornet's nest is in my kitchen! If you can deal with that though, the price is right. We've had ours a couple months or so now.

Old fridge died, so we spent some time looking around for a similar fridge to what we had previously. Ended up ordering this fridge and have been very pleased ever since. We were a little hesitant on this fridge at first because several reviews said it was a loud fridge, but at least in our case it isn't any louder than our previous one and it is only the ice maker when it is dropping ice into the bin.

The fridge is just as described and works and looks great. I really like the glass/plastic see-through shelves and draws. Very happy with my purchase. Just a side note in case anyone cares, the Energy guide listed for this fridge is incorrect. It uses $82 not $65 if anyone cares about the $17 difference.

Beautiful look and style, works quietly, installers were on time and friendly

I am so pleased with my new refrigerator. I could not believe the price when I saw the ad. I checked the reviews and immediately ordered it sight unseen. I am not at all disappointed. The outside of the refrigerator is beautiful and the inside so very spacious. My only wish is that it have a deli drawer. I missed this when I ordered, but it is not a big deal.

The handle was slightly loose, but great fridge and quality ice maker.

Had this fridge for 5 months and it works fine, nothing fancy. Decent space, ice maker dispenser is a little slow and got jammed once but otherwise solid entry level fridge.

I've had several issues with this fridge since purchase 8 months ago. -the door handles came loose within 8 weeks of delivery and required a service call. - the circuit board failed and needed replacement after 7 months resulting in unreliable temperature balance and food spoilage/loss.The repair took a week before it was resolved due to waiting for the part from certified manufacturer tech under warranty. - the fan motor needed replacement a week after the board was replaced. In short, I've been severely inconvenienced due to cheap parts and failure, untimely resolution for repairs and feel I was sold a lemon.

Pros: keeps food really cold, the ice dispenser and water dispenser are separate so it's easy to get what you need without confusion, lots of ice produced, water filter is easy to get to Cons: the ice maker is really noisy, the space is awkward (due to the design of the fridge/freezer), the wire shelves in the freezer are cheap/flimsy, can't fit a whole pizza in the fridge because it's too narrow, and did I mention that the ice maker is loud and makes funny noises?

A ton of space and has stood up well since purchase. I haven’t had any issues since I got this fridge, and my family has enjoyed having it.

Long term review for the 2613: in the first 2.5 years we've had to replace the circuit board control panel twice, 3 side shelves cracked and fell, and the bottom drawers also cracked and collapsed. Oh, and the ice maker holder cracked about 10" through the middle. Please don't buy frigidaire, i know we won't ever again.
