Cools my 10x12 room off in 10-20 mins on high, 60 degrees. The WiFi features with app is so user friendly, very easy to install and use. I actually have it mounted in my wall with some brackets I fabricated. Been using it for about a week and it’s been great so far. The noise level is good, I can still watch tv comfortably.

Easy to install. Good optics. Worked well for first 3 weeks, but now operating in a much noisier way. Wait and see for now.

My house has central ac but because my bedroom is an add on, ac flow is not that great. This is the best looking elegant window ac unit I’ve used. You can have very nice and expensive furniture in your bedroom and this ac units fits right in, not an eyesore at all. Cools down the room fast, not the quietest but quiet enough. WiFi functions works great for use with phone. I also use with Alexa and can turn the unit on or off or change temp with Alexa. Worth every penny!

IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU IF YOU HAVE ALEXA FROM AMAZON YOU CAN SET IT UP WITH THE ALEXA APP AND NAME IT BEDROOM A/C OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT AND THEN JUST ASK IT TO SET BEDROOM A/C TO 62 FOR EXAMPLE AND SETS IT TO 62 DEGREES IT WORKS GREAT ALSO COMES WITH A REMOTE CONTROLLER ITS CLEAN LOOKING AND COMES WITH ALL THE SCREWS AND SEALS YOU NEED TO INSTALL IT . BEST A/C . I HAVE OWNED SO FAR

I love the sleek, modern look of this air conditioning unit. However, I was afraid of all of the online reviews stating that it would turn off before reaching the desired temperature. While I did find this to be true, there's an easy fix! Just set it for a lower temperature than you think you need. It cools the room quickly and the app is the best part! You can set it on a schedule to have it turn on/off at the same times each day. I would definitely choose this unit again

Overall it's a good AC. Keeps small room cool, very quiet, remote very convenient and feature packed. My prob is connecting the AC with the App. Couldnt do it! Tried for several days couldnt get it to connect with my wifi. Called customer service we couldnt do it on phone so she emailed me a diff way. I followed instructions it said it was now connected, I go to app shows AC but I cant use any of the features. I bought this AC for the sole purpose of it being a Smart Home product with Alexa. If it's not going to work, a long with the app then it defeats the whole purpose. I have warranty with Geek Squad if they cant fix AC goes back, and I'll save me some money by getting AC that's basic and Dumb

Used in a bedroom. It looks great and really appreciate top vents so that cold air doesn’t blow directly on you. Also like ability to dial unit on smartphone and turn it on remotely. Room is nice and cool when we arrive home!!!

Great product. Very cold air but a little loud. AC does not save previous setting when you turn it off and turn it back on. Wifi does not connect easily.

I love this WiFi enabled AC for my bedroom. When coming home at night, I turn it on and my room is perfect by the time I arrive.

by far the lightest window AC i've ever installed in my life. came with foam panels for a cleaner look. much better than looking at the plastic accordion panel.

AC is not too loud - fits a little off in our window but maybe its the window.. I like this ac - cool control from my iphone

This was installed easily and for an air conditioner, it’s not too loud. It quickly cooled a 12x13 bedroom.

This keeps my bedroom really cool in the summer so I don't have to crank up the central air. It can be controlled remotely via the app but getting the app set up and connected was not strait forward. It works with Google Assisting but connecting it is not as straightforward as other smart devices I own. Still, once you eventually get it set up it works well.

Looks nice. Cools the room extremely well. Easy to access filters for cleaning. Highly recommend it. Only drawback is the remote control doesn't light up. So if you wake up too hot or cold during the night, you need to turn on a light to adjust the temperature via remote control.
