The clerk at my store found just the model I wanted - although it was no longer being sold in stores nearby. She said it could be shipped free and that closed the sale. It arrived in 3 days and was easy to install. I'm happy with its performance.

Honestly, for someone on a budget, I was worried about this being a waste of money. I couldn't have been less accurate. It cools my room so quickly. I've only had it for about two weeks, but in a 2nd For walk up in Brooklyn, our last two 98 degree days were a breeze with this.

I put this in a living room where the kitchen is open next to it. Cools both nicely. I put a 2nd one on other side of house. Between the two the downstairs is cool.

purchased four 6000 btu air conditioners. quiet, keep the temperature even at all times in our two level cape cod. Heat & humidity in the northeast are finally bearable!

We use the air conditioner in a bedroom with a narrow window. It fits perfectly, isn't too noisy, and works well. They multi-directional vents are great.
