First one came broken so i returned it and had them order me a second. You guessed it - the second one came broken too. Waiting on the third one to see if that one is unharmed. It's been a month process and summer will be over soon at this rate. I'm asking for a gift card if and when i finally get a working AC.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

It is super loud and unsafe because water pours out of it when you try to move it. Unfortunately, after not needing to use this product for several weeks because it was not hot enough to need it, Best Buy will not take it back. If you choose to buy this TERRIBLE product, make sure you buy a warranty so you can return it if it as defective as my product. Fridigaire - please spare the defense on this product.
