This AC unit was easy to install and seems to be doing the job. Even in 95°F heat, it brings a (10' x 14') room down to a cool and comfortable temperature within 10 minutes of being turned on. If the door is left open, the cold air extends into the hallway and even cools the adjacent rooms a bit. Operation is quiet, and we have not yet experienced any problems with condensation, leaking, or musty odors. So far, we haven't noticed much of a difference on our electric bill either, though, to be fair, we only run the unit for 6-7 hours each day, so your mileage may vary. Would recommend!

bought this for the summer time! it has been brutal the past few years especially having a front room that gets sun. easy to get in the window. Bought a plexiglass piece at home depot and foam to go with it instead of wood like others have used. This has worked great no matter what all summer on 115 degree days being ran all day. the remote is a nice touch too I would recommend for anyone using for there room but not for bigger areas than a bedroom.

this ac keep my bed room nice and cool and it not very loud eather it small and fit in my windown with no problem and install was very easy too

Needed an A/C for a fairly large bedroom. My previous 5K BTU unit seemed marginal on very hot days. It worked, but would take a long time to get the room cool. This A/C is perfect for my needs. Lots of features, plenty of power and not noisy. It was an easy choice from Best Buy. It's both the lowest price and highest rated in it's class. Plenty of features and remote. What's not to like? Just buy it, you won't regret it.

this is by far the best air conditioner I have ever gotten. doesnt make to much noise,keeps my bedroom cool during those hot summer months. this has a great economy mode to save the electricity it uses so your light bill wont be so high. I have used it in the hot ny summer months and by far the best air conditioner on the market and for the price you cant go wrong.

I've gone through three summers with this air conditioner and I couldn't be happier. It keeps my bedroom nice and frosty, just how I like it. It has lots of different settings so you can customize it the way you like it. I keep it on Eco mode and 71° most of the time and you can use the handy remote so you don't have to drag yourself out of bed! And it isnt very noisy either.

Most quiet air conditioner I’ve owned thus far. It was an easy setup, brackets, foam padding and screws included. The remote has a built in sensor and displays room temperature and fully functional with settings. Easily removable filters that can be rinsed off, with filter indicators for cleaning. Cools room at a standard 65 degrees within 3 minutes plus. Got it cheap too.

The Frigidaire - 250 Sq. Ft. Window Air Conditioner has worked very well for us for a long time. It was easy to install, it is quiet and modern, and has a remote control. It is highly recommended. I bought the extended warranty as it was at a reasonable price.

Excellent cooling and the quietest A/C I've ever seen. It's been running great for over a month and I have no issues at all. It has a full-featured remote, pleasant styling and my complete endorsement. There are less expensive brands but this quality is well worth the small price difference.

This Frigidaire works perfect in our window. It's lightweight and easy to install. I really like the electronic panel and the remote control and the fact that it cuts off when it reaches the set temperature. It's really quite compared to the one we had. I can't say enough good things about the features.

Bought this to replace a similar Frigidaire air conditioner that finally started to die after 12 years. Very happy with this one as it is quieter, and cools the room quickly. It is similar to other window air conditioners and easy to install. The one thing we noticed is that there is more light that comes through the styrofoam just behind the vents. If you’re very light sensitive, this may be a concern but not something that would bother the average person and keep in mind every room air conditioner will let some light in regardless of the brand. Looking forward to getting another 12 years out of this unit!

Bought this two years ago, On sale it was worth the buy. Runs quite, save us around $28-33 dollars on our electric bill. The remote has a built in LCD thermostat gauge that reads out the indoor temperature, comes in handy on a hot day..

I got this to replace a window unit that was a few years old. It was easy to install, is really quiet and I hardly even notice it on my electric bill. It does a wonderful job and the remote means I don't have to get out of bed to shut it off or turn it on.

Install was easy, the only challenge was to caulk around the thingys on the side that fill in the window space. Cleaning the vent is easy. It's quiet and cools a good portion of the house with the aid of a fan. Intuitive controls, good buy.

Easy to install, and not too loud. Cools a 10X12 foot room fairly quick & doesn't cycle too often to keep the temp at 70 degrees. The wireless remote is quite handy too! I recommend this unit too anyone wanting to cool a small room.

I got this for my gf and she really likes it. It’s quiet while it’s on, small, and cools the room pretty quickly. Only thing that bugs her is how loud the beep is when she changes the temperature or settings. Other than that she loves the AC.
