I have really enjoyed this fridge and would by another.

Would like to return and get replacement refrigerator of another brand

will never buy another floor model again alos the geek squad needs to have people that come out to fix your things know how to fix them I had them out 2 times and still did not fix my fridge very dispointed with geek squad

My NEW REFRIGERATOR refuses to give me ice or water as I was told it would. I am very unhappy with it!!! Please contact me soon for re-pairs.

Hook up wasn't correct and I am still waiting. Delivered Sept 17 - Complained September 20 and couldn't get service until 22nd. Hook up requires Geek squad and no appt until October 11

Just got this fridge delivered, and after looking at many many french door refrigerators, $1700 for one this size is amazing! Also, I was comforted that it was rated pretty high on consumer reports (this same model) and they do rigorous testing. It's a very elegant looking fridge, if not a little bulky. Overall i like the look though. Ice cubes are cute little squares which I love for water! We just keep a ice tray with HUGE cubes in the freezer for when we make mixed drinks so the ice won't melt. Overall it's a great value. I'll update this if it breaks!

My first Frigidaire fridge kicked the bucket Memorial Day weekend after only 7yrs of use. We went to Best Buy and decided on this unit as a replacement because it had all the items we were looking for in the price range I wanted to spend. After only 15 days, we had to request a replacement because it barely made enough ice to fill one cup of a drink. Best Buy sent out another unit which has performed better but the ice maker still lacks producing the 2.5 pounds of ice in a 24 hr period as described in the manual. It's more like 2.5 cups per same time period. It is bad enough that my wife who loves crushed ice will not use the ice maker for fear of running out of ice later in the day! The freezer drawer looks big enough on display but in reality does not hold as much at all. Now, I am being pressured by the wife to buy a freezer for the garage to store meats, etc. Lastly, the refrigerator is pretty noisy. When the motor and fan are running, It sounds more like an industrial type of fridge rather than a unit for the home, The refrigerator compartments are great with plenty of room for any items you would usually keep in your fridge. I have also received plenty of compliments on the looks of the unit. Don't believe the smudge proof claims though!! You can see plenty of smudges and finger prints on the stainless front panels throughout the day. All in all this unit is pretty average in my book.

Purchased Frigidaire from Pacific Sales b/c it's a domestic brand and easier to find service parts than Korean brands. However, one should purchase Frigidaire knowing that their customer service is difficult to work with - expect to be sloppily handled or mishandled, and generally it takes escalating the issue to a manager with threats of leaving reviews like this one to get them to honor their stated (written or verbal) commitments. I have had a similar issue with a companion range product that required escalation, leading me to believe that non-assertive calls to customer service will result in you not receiving the service you're committed and deserve. Within 12 months, fridge stopped producing ice. Frigidaire customer service contacted and recommended purchase of a new filter (as low pressure can cause ice maker to stop working). Did so, was sent incorrect filter (cust service rep selected item based on fridge model). Next, called to get a replacement filter (ideally the correct one) which was handled promptly. However, this 2 week process post reporting a fridge warranty problem pushed product out of 12 month warranty period. Originally promised that any underlying issue would be covered under warranty by original customer service rep, regardless of whether replacing filter caused the warranty to lapse. Of course, once correct filter installed, ice maker still did not work - a polite call explaining the above was met with the caveat: "Sir, some misinformation was provided...you're item is out of warranty and we will only cover the parts cost". Escalation to corporate management handled the problem swiftly, but not without requisite freak out and blood pressure rise. Essentially, don't let their customer service push you around. And document the heck out of your conversations with them, they will try to sneak out of their commitments.

I love my new refrigerator! The Stainless steel finish and the French doors really add such a classy look to my kitchen. The inside is Huge! I am coming from an old white side by side and I'm sure we all know about the limited space in those. I love the digital display, as well as, it having a water and ice dispenser. Lastly, It only takes only $57 a year to run and it's as quite as a church mouse. :)

bought 9/14- 4 mos after ice maker not working which created a stain mark on the front door- will replace door but need to pay for installation- frustrated- called best buy-they said they are just the middleman-not able to help.... helpless at this point

The ice maker did not work from day one. I couldn't return the fridge because they had a 15 day return policy at the time I bought it and I didn't get the water line hooked up until afterwards. It has also been a nightmare dealing with Best Buy. They sent out a technician 5 times and still have not gotten the issues resolved. This is the last time I'm buying a major appliance from Best Buy. Also, I'm not planning on buying any Frigidaire appliances in the future. I have heard, of course after the fact, that they almost always have issues with their ice makers.
