I gave it 4 stars because I've only had it about one week and so far so good. It makes plenty of ice and you can select the size. It's a little on the big and heavy side, but it does what I want, so no complaints.

Only going 4 stars because the cubes don't stay extremely cold, so they tend to stick together if they sit too long. Very easy to use.

TIP - to make firmer/drier/larger ice, use colder water. Let the first couple of batches of ice fall into the water reservoir to chill the water.
