    It came in the box missing the kick plate on the bottom of the fridge!!!

    This product was delivered with a dented box. I was unaware of this obviously, until a repairman came and told me that it must have been dented in transport. After contacting best buy, I was told to contact Frigidaire as I still had a one-year warranty with them. They have not replace my refrigerator.

    Water hose couldn't be connected because of some valve we weren't made aware of, none of the plastic was removed, which will take months! Took my old refrigerator and left. We plug in the new one and it continues to beep and door open warning lights up. Unpleasant experience.

This can be cleared by closing the door or by pressing any key in the control panel. If this happens continuously, we need to make sure that the unit is leveled since the door is not closing properly. The installer should check that the unit is working properly.     Was having problems out the box. doors wasn't line up then they wanted me to pay a $100 for a tech to come out an adjusted the doors after only having the refrigerator for two days so I exchange it for another brand

    Love my new refrigerator. Roomy enough for tall items on shelf and doors. Crispy drawers are spacious. Great purchase!

    The compressor broke within five months. Now it doesn't get colder than 50 degrees. I've been waiting THREE months for Frigidaire to deliver the parts. Frigidaire has refused to send me a new refrigerator or do anything other than tell me to wait. I've been told that I may have to wait an entire year for the parts.

    Refrigerator was so loud I returned it the next day and bought a Samsung. If you want a quite refrigerator don’t buy this one.

    I have not received it yet. I will be receiving my refrigerator the end of february. I bought it in january. I wish I had it , but I guess it takes that long to get a refrigerator.

    Promised delivery by the 2nd then pushed to the 26th. Absolutely annoying to have to wait that long for a fridge.

    Love this fridge! Roomy, bright and clean! Plenty of storage, able to adjust shelves,i love the ice maker and water dispenser. Big bottom freezer, easy to find food.
