I liked the design of this fridge. Some of the shelves did not seem to work as I expected. Not really the space I anticipated. I have had this unit a couple of years. Was getting my kitchen remodeled so didn’t have it installed for several months. Door would not line up correctly. Once installed had a leak from the filter that damaged several components at the end of the warranty. Ice maker stopped working. Dispenser leaked water. After all these issues I am now getting error codes. For a fridge this new there have been way too many issues. I am now looking to replace it to avoid future repairs.

I love the way every inch of the inside utilizes storage of food. the easy location of the water filer and pop in and out feature makes changing the filter a breeze. size of ice cubes fits and dispenses easily into my water bottles.

We love this refrigerator. For the money it's the best we could find and have been really happy with it. When we were looking at models there were reviews about it being "loud" but that has not been the case for us.

Awesome! Huge fridge, so much space, and yet fit in the limited space we had in the kitchen. Love the waterbottle size water dispenser and the shape of the ice cubes.

A lot of space in both the Refrigerator and Freezer section.
Bright lights inside and for the water dispensor. Runs quiet and can easily see the temperature is being maintained in both sections. Great Buy!

Great fridge with plenty of cubic feet . The filtered water tastes better than bottled filter water . The freezer can even go to subzero temperatures. Lots of shelf space and plenty of stacking options

It's ok so far. Plastic was impossible to get off. Fridge had a ding in it but by the time I noticed later that day, I wasn't in the mood to empty and have them re-deliver another one.

Very nice refrigerator. Pleanty of room . Unfortunately, the first one was delivered with damage but customer service was easy to deal with in arranging a return and exchange.The delivery people who handled both deliveries were wonderful!

I ordered this refrigerator in August and was all set for delivery September 20th. I received a call and was told I had to push this back until the 20 of October due to the manufacturer not shipping enough models to the warehouse. I agreed and waited. I received another call that said that I would not be able to receive this fridge until the beginning of December. After some extensive conversations with 4 representatives, not to mention being transferred a total of 7 times (3 of which could not do anything and claimed they sent me to the wrong line),
I was told that if I cancelled the order and ordered a new one that same day, the representatives and their Management guaranteed me the fridge to be pulled from the stock they currently have and that it would be delivered and installed on October 24th. They said that the specific model number I had was stuck in shipping and that if I ordered a new one that same day the new model number was available!
I received a call today to reschedule again. This time they told me that the best they could do is delivery by beginning of December. I promptly cancelled my order and am awaiting a call from management regarding this issue.
I have always had an amazing experience with best buy and after having had total tech for years, I figured it was a no brainer to order an appliance form Best Buy so that it could be covered. I had complete faith after being promised that it would be here, and I was let down big time.
If you think this fridge looks great and happen to catch it on a screaming deal beware, you may never receive it!

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. After ordering a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher on 11/29/23, I have now had damaged appliances delivered to my house twice. The damage was apparent before removing the packaging and it was still loaded and delivered to my house over an hour away to the closest store. Their customer service will only offer a $100 gift card on an order totaling almost $5000. I will never order anything from Best Buy again and let this be a lesson to anyone willing to read this, shop local. I have tried to reach managers/supervisors and been told they would call me back within 24 hours twice now. The first time, I never heard back and ended up calling 2 days later. We will see this time. I have driven to the store over an hour away only to have the manager offer the same $100 gift card they did over the phone.
Long story short, this has been the most ridiculous customer service, and experience I have had, especially on such a large purchase. Buyer beware! This is nothing against Frigidaire, but do not purchase through Best Buy.

Stopped working 1 month after warranty is out

Bought this fridge in september of 2023 as of October 2024 it stopped working convenient it stoped working 1 month after the warranty expired. Have not talked to customer services yet i will when i get home from work today if they dont do anything help fix it I will ever buy another frigidaire product ever just seems like they make crap now if it cant work past a year then i think they make bad products and a little suspect that it stopped working 1 month after the year warranty. Even worse is im makeing payments on this fridge and still owe 1000 dollars. Lucky i have a backup fridge to hold me over and my food wont go bad. Cant remember the other brand fridge i have but ive had it 4 years with no problems and it was cheaper. What the heck frigidaire do better. I'll update the review once i talk to customer service hope they can help me out.
