    Bake burns outside edges of the pizza but inside is NOT cooked at all

Using the highest temperature might work in a proper pizza oven, but in a home oven, this might not be the best idea if you can’t heat the bottom enough. If you can’t get sufficient heat to the bottom of your dough, then the next option is to cook for longer but ensure the top doesn’t burn. Try dropping your oven temperature slightly or lowering your pizza a level or two on your oven rack. You can then bake for longer—try 4 minutes longer—and you should cook your dough through without burning the top. No worries, here's what we're going to do to resolve the no heat issue you're experiencing. 1st. We need to check the heating element, turn on the oven and see if both the top and bottom elements are glowing or providing heat 2. To check the igniter, locate it in the oven or under the bottom panel and see if it is dirty or damaged 3. If neither element nor igniter works, the problem could be a blown fuse, a faulty control board, or a bad temperature sensor 4. If the oven heats, but not enough or inconsistently, the problem could be a calibration issue, a defective thermostat, or a worn-out element25. You can test the thermostat by putting some water in an oven-safe bowl and measuring the temperature after the oven is fully heated.     Love this oven combination!

    Unlike the first two reviews, I have a really good experience with this microwave oven combination. It replaced a 1996 unit, so the interior size seems so much bigger! The conrols have been easy to use and it is very intuitive. Also, the lighting in both ovens has been good. I guess it is all in perspective! I am so glad to have this oven.

    Delivered a damaged product

    This is not a review of the product - it is a review of the terrible quality control of Best Buy shipping/delivery. Very disappointed to see the box severely damaged and power chord hanging out of the bottom of box. Delivery guys unboxed the appliance and noticed a loose back panel with screws at the bottom of box. Then we all noticed two huge dents on the side as well as scatches all over the metal frame. Delivery guys loaded it back on the truck. Where is the quality control? The appliance should not have been delivered in this condition.
