I am so very unsatisfied with Best Buy and Frigidaire. The first delivery: it took 3 weeks from order to delivery. I was without a microwave. The delivery truck backed into my driveway and then broke down. Dumped all the oil from the lift gate in my driveway. They sent someone out to power wash my driveway and clean up the spill and unload the items from the broken down truck into a replacement truck. I was blocked in my driveway for several hours. The oil stain remains. As well there were several cigarette butts in the street. The appliance was damaged but they installed it anyway until a replacement could arrive. At least this got me up and running. It took 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Different delivery guys. They did not test the appliance before they left and guess what. The oven did not work. Now I have a microwave but not an oven. For - you guessed it - another 3 weeks. All this time l, Best Buy customer service is non-existent. Very disappointed. Well oven #3 comes and gets installed. I made them test it before they left the premises. Now I have a working microwave and oven combo with no damages. Yahoo! But I notice that the light in the microwave flickers and dims. Is the bulb loose? Is there a short? These appliances cost a lot of money (was going to say they are not cheap but thought well maybe they are?). I’m not willing to see how long the bulb or the microwave lasts. I don’t want a 4th one. I have called for Best Buy to come pick it up and issue a refund. I will go with a different brand from a different supplier. All that and Best Buy could care less about keeping a customer. Absolutely no customer care.

This Frigidaire 27” elec. oven/micro combo oven was exactly what we were looking for to replace our 36 yr old combo oven that actually died the moment we finished using it on Thanksgiving Day! Hope this lasts as long…lol. Still adjusting oven temps after 2 weeks. This is the stainless steel model; door to the microwave opening right to left (not up/down) my preference.

It was 7” short of my space. The salesman and I knew that at purchase but was advised the installers could use a trim package. It turned out that was not an option, Although the installers were amazing and very helpful!!

Very little adjustment needed to the cabinet. Looks great. I love the look goes perfectly in my kitchen.

Very good performance overall so far. The microwave is powerful and very quiet; it also has a door which swings right to left instead of pulling down. This was an important feature for us. The microwave can be replaced separately if that were ever necessary. Wall oven heats quickly and evenly. The sale price was a plus, also. However, there is a cosmetic defect: a stain inside the oven glass which we are still waiting to have fixed or replaced.

My former unit was over 20 years old and failing so almost anything would be a massive improvement. With that said, this is a very nice unit that works great. I wanted the microwave to have controls on the side as this one does and this microwave works great. It does all one expects it to do. He oven is wonderful, the controls are new for me and reading the manual is useful, but it has been easy to learn. The oven door works great! I know, that sounds irrelevant but you had to see what I was dealing with in my 24 year old former oven! The oven heats up quickly, I’ve enjoyed trying out the convection feature, overall a great unit that I’m happy to have.

The Microwave was installed quickly and efficiently and works fine. We wanted to complain that the delivery service, Unified Delivery insisted on an additional payment of $50.00 by check prior to carrying the microwave to our residence, which was about 38 steps. Check was made to Unified Delivery. Our order summary indicates delivery paid at $29.99. Since the product was there we did not want to refuse acceptance as our existing microwave had been out of service for about a week. It would have been no problem if we were told in advance that there would be an additional charge, but as it stood the deliverer would not bring the microwave into the residence until we paid. Very poor customer servicing for delivery.

This microwave and oven combination is just great. They work perfectly and they fit into the opening from out old unidt.

Nice looking oven/microwave combo. So far it seems to work fine, except it seems to take longer to cook than my old 18 years GE old oven. It took over 2 months to get my oven, probably due to supply chain issue.

The push button controls are very dark, difficult to see in dim lighting. Timer not very loud and will shutoff in a few seconds, very annoying! If you are depending on hearing the timer, better stay close, and it is very ephemeral. The microwave heating energy is very good. 30 second selection will making most small items very hot. Overall pleased with performance so far. The installation went well.

The oven and microwave work very well and go along with the rest of our appliances. The price was good and the person who installed it was very professional.

I love this item. Looks great and fit perfect in our space. I do have a concern, I used the bar code to register my appliance and some how it registered it as a dishwasher?? Could someone please look into this for me? thank you

Oven installed 3 days ago. Touch screen controls on oven not working. Warranty info/contacts to consult not clear. Installers were in a hurry. left quite a bit of cleanup. Concerned that this investment may be a really bad one.

Waited over A YEAR TO GET black stainless steel and it was worth it. It looks gret and performs as expected. The microwave oven is so quiet you almost don't know its on,

I love the combination oven/microwave. It eliminates a separate microwave from the counter. This electric convection oven is much more efficient than the older, smaller gas oven that we had.

We have only had this oven/microwave a few weeks but so far we really like it. The microwave is very easy to use and heats well.
