So far it seems to work fine, except it seems to take longer to cook than my old 18 years GE old oven. It took over 2 months to get my oven, probably due to supply chain issue.

It eliminates a separate microwave from the counter. This electric convection oven is much more efficient than the older, smaller gas oven that we had.

I do have a concern, I used the bar code to register my appliance and some how it registered it as a dishwasher?? Could someone please look into this for me? thank you

It was scheduled to be delivered on 4/2. It has been pushed back to 4/29. Now it is set to be delivered on 4/12. THis will require my family to postpone travel. All of this back and forth, and my willingness to continue with Best Buy, should warrant the $400.00 gift card.

Bad oven and bad service.

After over an hour on the phone, set up a service call to fix it. I bought it for my mother, so oven was at her house not mine. I made this extremely clear 3 times. They even repeated the service address. Waited a week and then they showed up at my house. Had to go back on the phone for another hour.

Loving my new Frigidaire wall oven!!

This replaces an older, smaller gas wall oven with no self cleaning options and a stand alone microwave that took up a lot of counter space. The microwave on this new oven is quiet and efficient and the convection oven cooks more quickly and has plenty of room.
