Delivery was a no show 3 times so far

Have had 3 dates for delivery and installation and the service was a no show each time without any contact attempts. Always were told "we are sorry, we have your back, we know how frustrating this is". One last time or the whole order gets canceled. There were multiple appliances ordered.
