does the job but not without some noise

We wanted a separate freezer so that the freezer would freeze and the fridge would keep things cold. So far so good. We are a little disappointed that it has a noticeable humm when running and a distinct creaking. We returned the first one for this reason only to find the second does the same. We've kept this one as we think it's the best we are going to do in this category of mini-fridges. We have it in a rental studio in a vented cabinet and so far no-one has complained about the noise and it seems to be keeping things safely cold on the medium setting.
