I’m SO frustrated. We needed to wait for a table for the fridge, so Mom wouldn’t fall because it was too low to the floor for her safety. We knew that, when we ordered it, so I ordered a suitable table for it. My husband went to the care facility where Mom lives, and put table together today. As he is setting up the fridge, they notice a DENT in the front of the door. It’s one day past returnable date. It’s brand new and looks terrible. I hope Best Buy will replace the door. My ratings reflect this disappointment.

Fridge came damaged. Still runs well but if you like uncrushed items you might want to look elsewhere.

I read the reviews, I thought it couldnt be that bad and ill test my luck with it possibly arriving damaged. Well it is that bad and it did arrive damaged. I would say its a 8/10 on the LOUD scale. It goes through various sounds and loud hums that will only be acceptable in a garage or pool side to blend in with the pool equipment. Sounds so loud you will think its broken, but its not. This is not the one oh and support was HORRIBLE, they offered me $20.

When we opened the fridge (right from the box) to put it in my son's dorm room last Monday it was damaged (the top freezer part was dented). He needed the fridge and I had to leave it with him, but it looks terrible. It was right out of the box and dented, I was very disappointed :( I chose not to rent so that he could have a perfect fridge that we could use for a couple years and it came out dented. Works fine but not what I expected to see when I opened it and really couldn't return it at that moment. My fault for not checking it at home, but I expected it to be as described, not broken.

Picked this mini fridge up at the local Best Buy. The employee loaded it into my truck. When we unpacked it, the fridge was damaged.

This is a terrible fridge. It came neat up in the box with some dings, but worked fine for a week. Then the fan inside cut off and it stopped making that “hum” it was making. I’m so upset because this was expensive. I can’t return it now that the return period is over. I’m really upset because this would have been nice to have in my office.

The refrigerator was recieved in a damaged/open box which showed the refrigerator was in used not new condition.

The front door of the fridge was dented. I called customer service immediately. I was on hold for more than an hour and nobody answered.

The Fridge has dents all over it. If I wasn't busy running my business I would've returned it and demanded a full refund.

Refrigerator is nice but it arrived damaged. Once damaged was discovered it couldn't be returned because it was needed.

The worst experience with Best Buy and Poor customer service. Never buying from them again. Order the mini fridge it arrived damaged all dent up took it back order the second one and it was damaged as well all dent up, took it back went pick up the third one at a different location and it was damage.

Come with demage no good brand new and come with damaged

The box came with quite a few wholes and tears, falling apart and just holding together by the 2 plastic straps. Assuming that's on the shipping service doubt anyone will send an item in such condition. Regardless the padding was good enough that there were no dings or any cosmetic damage anywhere. The fridge itself works great, both the cooling and freezer sections. I plugged it in and as the instructions said within 24 the fridge was at the desired temperature. The only complain is that for a bedroom it is way to loud. As most the noise is not constant but it makes a variety of sounds vs the normal sporadic hum when cooling of most mini fridges. Its been about a week and still haven't gotten used to it, might need to move it elsewhere which will defeat its purpose..

Excellent product, Freezer keeps things as frozen as you like, the refrigerator portion is roomy and keeps drinks and food nice and cold. I have it on the middle temperature setting and it does great. Makes ice quickly too in ice trays.

The refrigerator is a good size and quiet. The freezer is easy to access and its size is better than expected. I like the angeled beverage can/bottle holder in the door. The temperature is easy to adjust. I picked this up at the store, so it was in excellent shape when I unboxed it.

It's made by trustworthy Frigidaire, so it keeps food nice and cold. The freezer section is very roomy and does a great job keeping foods frozen. Right now I have a package of chicken breasts, a package of stew meat, a t-bone steak, 4 Lean Cuisines, a pint of ice cream, a Hot Pocket, two egg rolls, a 16 ounce bag of frozen shrimp and a 16 ounce bag of individually wrapped fish filets in mine. Everything is frozen solid, even though the fridge is set on medium and placed on my covered patio during the hottest summer days in Kentucky. The interior of the refrigerator has built-in areas for a half gallon of milk, a pound of butter, 6 soda/ juice/ beer cans and a couple of yo gurts inside the door, a large vegetable crisper in the bottom and 3 glass shelves to store everything else. I am very happy with it.

This is an awesome little refrigerator! Just the right size. Keeps foods cold without freezing them. Separate top freezer is just perfect as well. Keeps items frozen without over or under freezing. Quiet running motor. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I love this fridge! Bought it for school and it is the perfect size. Holds more than I need. The bonus is the freezer. It gets super cold!

It is a great mini fridge. The dedicated freezer is my favorite feature. Ample room to have ice cream, meats, French fries, all frozen. The refrigerator part works great too. You give up some of the fridge size for the freezer but it is well worth it compared to units with half baked freezers that don’t measure up. Gave it four stars because of its limited crisper capacity which can’t fit a head of lettuce. Other than that it’s a winner!
