    Water accomulates inside the fridge

    I bought my mini fridge to keep my breastmilk after pumping but the fridge started to accumulate water inside and constantly need to keep paper towel to absorb that water. If I forget to put any papertowel inside then the water flows all over the floor.

    It is over priced for its size and make. It had a broken door when it was opened and I would not recommend it, I want to return it!

    I purchased this for my dorm room, and this machine is louddddd each time it kicks on, and it does so every few minutes! The noise continues for a much longer time than it can stay quiet. This is too big of a problem if I want to study or sleep! It is very noticeable even when I am relaxing! I will return it if it continues like this tomorrow. But I don't know how to return it as I have already thrown away the packaging.

      Hi nani - check to see if the mini fridge is sitting level. Also make sure that there is adequate clearance around the sides and rear (5 inches). Please also check that the door is closing properly with the door gasket sealing the gap so no air can enter/escape.

    Listed as out of box but excellent condition but was dented on 6 sides and missing its shelf. Covered in dust. Do not recommend. Package was ridiculous, scrap cardboard taped.

    Update: The third time was NOT the charm!

    So now we are 0-for-3 on mini refrigerators from Best Buy. The first was a (now-discontinued) Frigidaire and the second two were the Best Buy brand (Insignia). Do NOT buy a mini fridge from this retailer! Customer support is helpful but their product quality control is TERRIBLE! In each case the fridge showed up with massive dings and dents and with two of them the door was completely misaligned with the base. They are packed in extremely flimsy boxes that are literally falling apart, and with all three the bottom of the box becomes detached, with nothing meaningful securing it to the walls of the box. It's insane that they are selling appliances in such poor packaging -- unless they somehow like repeat returns. Now we need to lug fridge #3 back to the store and we will be ordering from a different retailer next time. Very disappointing.

    When I have a delivery for 12/27, I expect delivery on 12/27 and nothing else. Delivering early when no one is home on a major appliance is not acceptable for people with recent surgery and can't move the item.

    Purchased to go in my upstairs office, and to be used primarily to house soft drinks; however, if the setting is at "5", the soft drinks are not cold, and at "6", it freezes them--twice, I have had cans explode . . . not worth the hassle

    After 4 months of owning this refrigerator, it died. The best buy return policy has expired. The manufacturer warranty is still under effect. I have lost food and that expense is not covered. The geek squad said smaller refrigerators are not serviced. I need a new refrigerator immediately. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I would give a a rating of negative if possible. Most refrigerators last for years even decades and I only got 4 months out of the refrigerator.

    Do not buy this product. Just a few days after the 15 day return window my fridge started overheating and making a clicking noise. Found out there was a problem with the compressor and my fridge wasn't being cooled properly, which could have led to a fire or even the fridge exploding. Needless to say, having a minifridge isn't worth serious injury or thousands of dollars worth of property damage. Can't even get a refund and I have no way to keep my food cool, so I am seriously unhappy would this product. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the time and money!
