First washer/dryer defective. Second one perfect !

The dryer made a horrible, intermittent noise like a motorcycle revving. The noise would come about every 10 minutes, then the dryer would make this horrible noise for about 15 seconds, then stop. Then 10 minutes later, the same thing. I complained to Best Buy that the washer/dryer was not even 2 weeks old, and they exchanged it for a brand-new one. The exact same thing. This one runs beautifully. It washes well and dries well. Very quiet. What more could you ask for?

The only criticism I have is that it is a little loud. I read the reviews before this purchase and was hesitant to order this unit, but it matched the other items I have. If you don't mind a little noise, this is a good purchase.

The washer is huge! Really too big for two people and the dial Choices are difficult to turn on. Not my favorite product but my choices were very limited.

Dryer auto shuts off after 4 -5 minutes

Any of the auto settings shut off after only 4 or 5 minutes. Unable to dry anything such as gentle delicate items or dress clothes. Wasted money on this item!!
