Just what I needed to fit in a laundry closet in the condo I own. Only problem is the lid lock is made of plastic. My renters broke 2 of them in the firs 2 weeks. If you are not used to having a lid lock be careful with it until you get used to it.

I think the issue lies with me being located in Hawaii. This has happened quite frequently. I order the appliance for the earliest available delivery date with the early window (7am to 1 pm). Shortly after the purchase, I receive an email and a text stating that I have to reschedule the delivery date. I believe it stems from the appliance being delivered to some warehouse in Hawaii on that date and the delivery could occur in the afternoon window but the morning window does not offer enough time to make this happen. I am a property manager with many properties under management so I am always ordering appliances almost monthly. This is an all-too-often occurrence and frustrating as then I have to make a call and wait to speak to someone and go through the hassle of changing the delivery date with the tenant and/or building resident manager, etc. I don't expect you to change your national best buy app for deliveries just for me or for Hawaii but it does get old and irritating. That's why we call it "the price of paradise." If something could be changed to help alleviate this then that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have the space, however, we decided to get the same Frigidaire unit we purchased in 1999! Twenty years is a long time to test drive a brand. we are very happy with our purchase!! It’s a super capacity washer and thoroughly rids stains and everyday wear.

I wish I could be able to open the washer as it fills up. Also, no compartment for the softener so you have to monitor it so you don't miss the rinsing

I really wish it would tell me how much longer it has to go before being done. Plus I don't like the washer lid to lock, I'd like to add my softener

The unit does very well for what it is designed for. It is a little louder than my previous washer, but other than that its all good so far.

This was the second washer/dryer. First one was ordered online and wasn't notified of free hook up. First one the washer would not work. I went to store and they said free hook up when over $300. They sent out a second unit and it is working fine as expected.

This laundry unit is fabulous only thing I dislike is the noise it makes during wash cycle... kind of like a klanking noise not sure if that normal, but it seems to get the job done nicely

Needed a compact upright washer dryer for a space that just could not use standard setup. This worked well. Have run several loads. Perfect size for family of 2.

Slightly smaller capacity than 2 separate units, but that's expected. Also slightly more noisy than our last washer & dryer. very good at what it does

This machine is not terrible, but I expected more for the price I payed. The wash cycles take too long and the dryer sometimes stops for no reason.

It looks nice but it got unbalanced on the first wash. Not a big deal except you have to wait 6 minutes before the door will unlock. It's the same for any time you start. So if you want to add something after you started it, you have to pause and wait 6 minutes. The dryer is ok but lint always gets around the edges of the lint screen and the door. Like there isn't a good seal so not all the lint is in the screen. The safety sticker wasn't placed on correctly so every time you take close out of the wash, the peeled a little of the sticker off. I eventually took it all off.

Large washer with all the cycles you need to clean the dirtiest of clothes. The drier that gets the heaviest clothes dry the first time.

It Cleans my laundry very well although it is a bit slow. The dryer does well also but also slow. The dryer leaves the laundry quite soft and wrinkle free. The washer has a delicate cycle which I use often.

I love how much room are in the washer and dryer. The price was reasonable and its always nice to have that no interest period. And I wanna say the 1st one I bought we had for a week and we just werent happy with it. Called customers service, no problems or issues and even had it 2 days later.

Works well. Good value for money. Bigger and better than I expected.

I bought a Frigidaire washer/dryer combo and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I walked into your store to the delivery I was treated with respect and kindness. The delivery men set my unit up and then I washed my laundry, it came out clean and the unit is quiet. I can’t say enough about the store,service and product..EXCELLENT on all account.

I am very satisfied with this product. The washer tub is very large and will easily handle blankets, bedspreads, etc. The selections are easy to manage as well as the dryer.
