Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used two of these units: one I purchased and the one Best Buy replaced it with when the dryer broke the second time I used it. The replacement lasted longer (I had it for almost a year) but was such poor quality that I got rid of it and purchased a brand new washer and dryer (LG) which has been great. Details below: 1. The dryer on the first unit broke when a piece on the dryer drum that was supposed to be steel (according to the Geek Squad tech who came to service it) snapped off during the second time I used it. Best Buy replaced it when it became clear it couldn’t be fixed (thank you, Best Buy). 2. The dryer on the second unit was fine. However, the washer frequently stalled mid-cycle and could not finish. On multiple occasions, I had to shut the washer entirely off, and wring out the sodden load by hand before putting in the dryer. The workaround I finally figured out was to restart the washer on “rinse and spin” which usually allowed the cycle to finish and properly wring out the clothes. Additionally, the washer was very loud (a grinding mechanical sound), but if it had otherwise worked I would have kept it and dealt with the noise.

Great washer/dryer for small spaces

This machine is too loud during washing and the tones that it makes. I will stay away from this brand in the future. But it washes my laundry.

My place is still being renovated once the dryer portion is up and running I hope I have the opportunity to tell you how the dryer works to remove the lint
