Starting in 2015, top-load washers feature a lid lock that engages when the washer is either load-sensing before and during fill, or when it is spinning above 50 RPM. Not a good unit

Happy...and Not Happy

All the sudden the dryer started shutting down after less than a minute. The indicator said to clean lint vent. I clean it after every use...and "re-cleaned" it extensively. Still shutting down. I am greatly disappointed being that it is brand new! 2 months old! Prior to this I was ok but this should not be happening. Very unhappy.

Couldn't fix the dryer so decided to get this one. The washer makes a few too many clicks IMO but the dryer seems to work well. Hoping this one lasts as long as my first one.

Also don’t use normal cycle. Water level set to fill doesn’t even full tub to half. Was told by tech support not to use that mode SMH!
