    after a month or two the dry fell off its bearing and would not rotate, had to have a repair man fix it. after about a year and half the washer broke and no longer rotates laundry

    Does not fill beyond half. Has never delivered anything but cold water. Does not get clothes very clean. I miss my old top loading agitator, this is Not it! I think this may are an installation issue, but Best Buy is not responding! NOT happy

    Broke down in 20 months. Main control board. To fix it would cost $900 literally almost the cost of the machine. Both Frigidaire and Best Buy warranties are useless

    I purchase this machine on 10/2020, I had nothing but trouble with the dryer it had a problem with the motherboard they replaced that and to this date, dryer still not working, washer works fine it took over 6 weeks to be delivered

    Product arrived and when used for the first time clothes weren't spun out. Called Best Buy and technician couldn't get here for several days. Asked to replace and was given a delivery date of over 2 weeks out. Returned the item and bought another brand from another store.

    Wonderful washer and dryer. My previous GE washer/dryer only lasted for 1year and 11 months. What a piece of junk. I am a Best Buy Total Tech member and I was very happy to learn that I get an extra year in warranty protection with Geek Squad. Thank you, Best Buy!!

    Not much to say. Luck of the draw. Went to use it for the first time and died. Did not finish wash and lid is now locked. Waiting on new MB, not knowing on how long it will take. We will see how good Frigidaire servers is.

    our first attempt to run one small load of laundry resulted in several "balance load" alerts. We were unable to simply rinse, spin and drain that load to start again. Very dissatisfied.

    This washer dryer unit was Easy to operate and did a good job. Unfortunately the hurricane wiped out my downstairs apartment with washer dryer so I did not use it very long. I have a new identical unit ordered now from the same vendor as I felt it was a good choice. I found the control panel a little confusing at first believe in the sequence improperly

    The wash cycles go for a long time! Other than that this is a good machine that gets the dirt out and spins the clothes very dry. I have not had an occasion to use the dryer yet.

    I Love my new washer, it's much larger than the one I had before. The drum capacity is amazing deeper and larger. The dryer works amazing as well. Your clothes are washed with deep intensity and has room to move around in the washer.
